I have lived in same house for 45 years. Never have I had so many mail issues as I hvae the last year or two. This Summer is particularly the worst. There are 3 houses on my street...3 properties... No multi families...nothing to complicate the whole 1 2 3 concept. Each house is labeled very nicely. It is a little dead end street with no fillers. So why? Why can't they get the mail in the right boxes?? Well they can't I personally don't like wondering where my mail is because of their unreliable delivery history At times I have important things come via USPS and they don't live up to their tracking or their Informed Delivery and I can't be sure they will even bring it to my house! Is anyone else having these problems? I file complaints and they are marked resolved and i received email stating that without them ever talking to me! I had an expensive item shipped with expensive shipping cost and tracking gave me date and time it would be delivered by....sat here all day waiting.. Per seemingly normal lately.. the time came and went for the delivery by.. At that point tracking changed to "we don't know where it is" literally and did not change again until after it was delivered. What is the point in tracking if it is worthless and costs me a day of time for nothing and leaves my pkg home alon (outside) because they delivery at another time? What good is Informed Delivery if they put one thing and do another ..and if I question I am told well "that is just a guide" or "Informed Delivery" makes mistakes...etc. I am not compreheding why it is so hard to trust the mail delivery and wondering if anyone else in my area (Norwich, CT) is having same issues.

I am so annoyed right now. Xfinity Mobile has done it again. Outages since 2:30 and they never put on their website that their mobile service was down Because of that I thought it was something with my phones again and the time of day which happens often since they went with Verizon and spent 90 minutes plus trying to get through to agent to help me via my chromebook because none of my phones would call out. When I finally got an "agent" he was worthless and never answered my questions and disconnected on me without warning forcing me to start again. AT this time one of my phones worked once finally I have to check others. But be warned DO NOT SIGN UP FOR XFINITY MOBILE They have NO customer service of any value and they just don't care if your phone service works or not. If they cared they at least would keep their website updates. I would not have had to remember that they use Verizon towers and check their status to find out what is gong on. They at least posted it. I am furious right now and will be changing to different carrier that does not use VERIZON I prob will change my internet service too I am so fed up 44 years of Comcast and this is how they treat you.

I tried to post this where I thought it went on Reddit and they blocked it out so I removed it and asked where I could post my grievance and was told to com ehere. I hope it is ok here. I am just so fed up...need to vent!

IWhat on earth is this all about? I don't rmemember contacting them by phone in years I might have in December talked to them on the phone but I don't really think so. I did verify that this was from them... Amazon To me this is just further evidence of a complete lack of customer service. You can't talk to them on the phone All they do is refer you to the "Chat bots" who say what is on the cards they are issued to talk from... Then their supervisors or "up cahins" just undo it all and whatever. What a mess Amazon is. I did try to get a response regarding this email but there was none to be had.

Once again, out and about and phone won't function using Data and no wifi available. What is the use of paying fo Data (which I hadly eve use) if it not going to function when you need it to? It happens in town out and about and definitely out of state.. Sometimes the phone won't function moving down the avenue....in town! I have called and talked with suppot about this many times ...many many times...over the years of my account I keep my plan because it is cheap fo me. It works fine at home most of time but not out and about and it is getting frustratin. If I had not had someone else with me today who could process the parking garage payment on their phone not sure what would happen I keep saying I will change carries but I have not because they all seem so pricey. However; not safe fo an old lady to have a nonfunctioning phone wheneve it rains o when I am out and about etc.... I will be calling Xfinity again about this but that is so time consuming and frustating and frankly useless. Anyone here use Patriot Mobile? What do you think of them Been threatening to change to them for a long time Just been tying to wait til I move and change intenet and eveything to new carries. I know when I call them I will get someone who is clueless and they will pull out their little cheat sheet and say change this change that..reboot etc and I will tell them I have done it many times but will do it again. It will not work o change a thing and then I will have to start completely over with another "card reader" Frankly I don't know how they stay in business.

I have had cats my whole life. I have rescued and fostered through "groups" and on my own from horrible "Tv worthy" pet hoarding situations. All that said; now I am down to three cats all residuals of that hoarding situation All the rest were vetted by myself and rehomed. I just can't handle the numbers of cats anymore. That said my biggest problem the last maybe going on five years...worse recently it seems is CAT FOOD. The cats are totally refusing to eat many brands now and if they do they get sick. I won't give them canned at all anymore. Just when I find an appropriate dry one that seems to meet the standards and they eat...the manufacturer changes something or quits is and I have to sart over searching. Most recently I ordered teh same thing they have been eating two separate times and received the wrong item and had to deal with all that. Now I can't seem to find or purchase they one they were eating and the substitute is rejected and the "market" keeps giving me this alternative ...yet their website clearly lists the one with the same bag and picture I am used to them eating and purchasing. Not cheap cat food either. So I guess i am looking for suggestions on a good healthy dry food to try I am about to try something I saw and I Forget the name that is a dehydrated/dried salmon I think. Any suggestions? BTW: None of the cats is overweight so they are not too spoiled I really don't think spoiling is the problem There is someting wrong with the cat food. My son is having the same issues with his cats

Since it has been discuss here recently that public schools have dangers for children...it's not just those who stay home who are at risk... Well learned first thing this morning that a teacher at NFA (high school in Norwich) was arrested for assault and something else on a student. T his teacher was a math Teacher and I coach (I believe wrestling. The triggering incident was December 31 and lo and behold in NFA's true form the information is just coming out to the public today. Not the first time NFA has had a teacher or staff member arrested for something involving a student and withheld hte information. I am just sharing this for folks who are interested in yet another reason to not trust public schools... Personally I totally resent that as is typical seemingly they withheld the information from the public. I feel we have a right to know as the ones who pay their salaries.
