Becoming electrician during uni?

Hey, 21yo belgian here. Right now im studying history at uni but due to a bad market for young highly educated youths, im thinking of doing an evening school to learn a trade. Right now im still stuck between plumbing vs electrician. So I wanted to ask, what are the advantages of being an electrician over a plumber? Can be everything, also business wise, or the schooling itself(for eg I was never good at the sciences, is the theory hard?)

Difference between Syntra and CVO?

Im a 21yo belgian student who is thinking about doing evening school(plumbing, electrician or HVAC). However after doing research I see there are 2 official institutions that you can do this at, Syntra and CVO? However, ive noticed a massive price difference between the two. Syntra is 1085 euros for 2 years of evening school to become an electrician, while CVO is 520. Same for plumbing, 1065 at Syntra and 460 at CVO. As a student, it would be very nice not to pay so much, but the lower price at CVO makes me wonder if both are equal and give you the same skills and possibilities after the course? Anyone know about this?

Is evening school to learn a trade worth it?

With these levels of youth unemployment(especially for the highly educated) and 2 years of studying left, is it worth it to start doing evening school to learn a trade like plumber, carpenter(or which ones specifically are in high demand?). I see they often take 1-2 years, but is it worth it essentially paying double education?

Edit: To clarify; I mean doing evening school in addition to, not stopping my studies

Does Clubbing/nightlife in Belgium with this vibe exist?

I know this is just a cartoon but these type of reels made me think lately about nightlife in Belgium. Is there any area that even slightly resembles those vibes? Like the lights, the music, the people socializing and dancing. I just feel like there are some requirements to get this vibe, for example, needs to be in a big city. Youll never get the vibe of this pic/80s/90s in a small town where 5 steps in the wrong direction puts you in a field or empty boring street; but I could be wrong. Like Leuven and Gent eg are like this. Anybody know any areas/clubs/discos(is that still a thing?) in Belgium that always have this specific vibe, or does it just not really exist in Belgium?

MBB consulting salaries?

Hey guys, Belgian 21yo here. I have a question about the salaries of people who work in MBB consulting(or other top consulting firms ig), when I look online and watch videos I see starting salaries for a junior associate of like 120k a year, after a while like 200k-350k. But when I searched for people in Belgium they would state things like starting salaries of 2-3k per month(24k to 36k) and even people with 6 years experience making 4k or something(48k). And im talking like, gross salary so idc if its a Belgium vs US tax thing? What is this all about?

Following club football after worldcup?

Hey, im a Belgian guy here, now that the season will start in a month or so, I figured it would be a good moment to start following Belgian club football from the beginning of the season, ive watched football my whole life but never really followed Belgian football closely. I think part of this will be picking a team to support, and I think supporting your local club is the most logical thing. The thing is, the closest club to me is not in my town but a town 30 minutes away, would this still be considered your ‘local club’? Any tips for starting this with the upcoming season?

Supporting Belgian football club

Hello everyone, im Flemish, 21 years old. My whole life ive watched international football and was a ‘supporter’ of Real Madrid, but now that im older I would like to start following belgian football more. I find it cringe to not be invested in the local football scene and only in a random spanish club. Its important for Belgian football that Belgians actually watch it(and even better, attend games). Problem is I havent really had a strong connection in my life to a football club in Belgium, and I dont want it to be like an artificial thing, any suggestions? Tier A and tier B are both valid for me, but based on what should I choose a team?
