Is it really difficult to get the raises they advertise?
I generally learn things quickly and I am a good test taker. What kind of raises are common in the first 2 years? Are these raises achievable?

I’m about to go look at some cars today one is a 2020 Civic SI. I’ve read about issues with oil dilution on cars that primarily take short trips. My trip to and from work is like 10-15 minutes (7-8 miles) almost all highway. I think this puts me in the danger zone. What are your thoughts?

I saw them advertising cars on Facebook marketplace. Red flags started going up when I saw a 2018 ford focus rs with <20k miles a clean car fax and buy it now for $23,500. Another example is a 2020 Miata rf club with the brembo/bbs package 12k miles for $19k. When it seems too good to be true it probably is. I’m curious if anyone has used it or heard anything.
It’s a US car and appears to have been modified. It has a Cobb sticker on the spoiler and a Cobb intake. I’m planning on contacting the dealership to see if there are any other mods they know about . I’m always wary of cars with mods. They’re asking $16k. Is there anything I should look out for? Any advice before I go look would be greatly appreciated.
It’s got 60k miles and they want 24k for it. Clean title 0 accident reported. Is there anything that I should look for? I’ve read that there’s been some issues with the turbo on the 15-16’s. Is it better to wait for a good 17-18 instead? I currently have zero plans for modifications planning on using it as a fun daily driver. Maybe the occasional autocross.
