Hi! I really need some opinions / stories from women similar to me. I take metformin for insulin resistance and my doctor recently prescribed 100mg of spiro because my testosterone is 73 when it should be under 70.
Will spiro help lower the testosterone? I’m honestly scared to take it due to horror stories 😩. Has it been a miracle drug for you? Did it lower your testosterone?

What changed for the BETTER for you when you started Spiro? Did you lose any weight? I’m on a weight loss journey and I have lost 20 pounds. I’ve heard spiro can help with weight loss which would be great… I also have horrible hormonal acne so I’m excited.
