I was wondering for early season what temperature rating bags do you like and which brands and models for June & July when its hot out and then late season bags Temp Ratings, brand/models for when the temps drop at night up in the mountains.
Are the high end bags from Feathered Friends and Western Mountaineering worth the big prices?
Any hidden favorites?

"Captain" had no license. An hour ago he was Federally charged with death of an infant with no life jacket, operating an over loaded boat, along with a bunch of NYPD charges.
The Boat was a 22' Bayliner, there are 4 models of Bayliner with rated capacity of 9-12 people depending on the model 1,552 - 1,692 lbs capacity. It was a paid 4 hour tour of the Harbor.
Anyone want to bet on whether the vessel had a 2026 inspection ?
I have been charging my phone by plugging into the USB port. This is slow charging and painfully slow. How did you guys address this problem and get fast charging for your Iphone?

So I just left my mechanic who recharged my A/C, and installed rear Brembo rotors and pads for me.
While passing the time he told me he has installed many engines for his day job with a City who has Police, Fire, EMS, etc. Tahoes.
So it had me thinking that if my Gen 4 Tahoe 5.3 grenades on me, will a Gen 4 Tahoe have enough room in the engine bay to install one of the new 5.7L engines coming out later this year? He did not know about the 2 new engines coming.
He also suggested that I switch to 5W-40 oil, I just changed the oil 2 days ago and I have been using 5W-30 Mobil 1 High Mileage. He thinks I would be better off with the 40 weight, but I caught a cheap sale and bought many cases of the 30 weight.
Anyway, looking to have a plan in place before my engine blows up. I may as well get the latest engine design, provided it has no AFM/DFM, etc.
Many trouble free years of clean clothes with this simple well built machine until today. There is no water going into the machine. Not sure if it is corrosion in the water line, which there is some, corrosion and sediment in the screen where the water enters the machine which there is on the Cold Water but the Hot water looks pretty clean or if the issue can be a sensor on the back of the water intake?
I think the problem may be related to the Water Intake part in the rear of the machine. I would like to hear some input. I took some photos that I feel will help troubleshoot the issue.
If it is a sensor then I will likely replace the machine, I think this model may be discontinued by now and would like the closest thing to this machine, analog everything with old school rotating knots, no glass door. Just built like a tank, like this old made in the USA machine was.

Is it possible to get OEM Oil Drain Plug Washer/Gaskets for a 2016 Tahoe from Amazon? Anyone have a link to what they have been buying on Amazon or at least an OEM Part # ?

I know of a museum who is currently using $280 RCA RDR2550U on a repeater system. The radios are old and not robust enough for end user abuse and are in need of replacement. They operate on Digital.
