India (IND) KA = Karnataka, spotted on A1 near Lübeck, SH, Germany

Spotted this motorcycle going north on the A1 near Lübeck. He took the exit to Lübeck Zentrum where I sadly lost him at a red light. Sadly no picture of the front plate (but it was the typical small long version typical for India).

Where to buy split AC from? (when it becomes avaliable)

After barely surviving the heatwave this past weekend, I’m finally giving in. Based on discussions here, buying a split AC seems like the absolute best move.

I know right now is the worst possible time to buy since peak-summer prices are jacked up, so I want to wait it out and monitor things. Which websites should I keep an eye on for price drops?

Also, I’ve seen a few people mention buying their units from Germany to save money. For those who did: which German websites do you recommend, and what was your experience with shipping, Swiss customs/VAT, and warranty issues? Thanks!

It's cooler outside than inside 31C

This is an old construction building BTW. What are my options? I ventilate the apartment using two fans all through the night. Keep all the blinds closed during day. Wtf is wrong with this apartment.

During the winters it's the opposite problem, it's cold AF inside. Do I have to buy an ac or move out into a fancy minergie apartment? Rents ridiculous around here duck!

Is there a difference between C permit granted for EU vs non-EU?

I, a non EU, received my C permit. In the mail that came with it, it mentioned that the C permit is only valid in the canton its granted in, and if I changed cantons, I would have deregister and apply for a new one in the new canton.

I wondered if this clause was because I am a non EU. I also remember seeing on eumzug.swiss that non EU C permit holders couldn't use the online service and must go through canton change procedure.
