I got called a runner today, when did you realise you were a runner?

By someone walking their dogs 🎉

I still say I jog because I see runners as the ones out there competing marathons and such.

It's funny how our brains downplay the good stuff but can emphasise the bad.

But I think if you're out there, you're a runner ☺️

New to fluxotine, it has helped with motivation to complete tasks

I'm on fluxotine for pmdd.

I've noticed it takes the edge off of my symptoms pretty well.

But I am less resistant to starting tasks now. I procrastinate and put off tasks all year round, not a symptom of my pmdd.

The anxiety associated with starting a task seems very faint comparitively.

Is it possible that Its helping anxiety that I wasn't aware I had. I guess pmdd would be good at masking anxiety at times?

Any information or experience would be great.

What happens to factory farmed animals after slaughter. Reincarnation and multi layered question

I watch a lot of Nde videos and they mention our family pets greeting us.

What would happen to the animals who are slaughtered, no one loved them as a pet so they won't greet anyone.

Do you think we should see the animals we consume suffering when we have our life reviews.

Do you believe animals reincarnate as animals or can they be human as well.

I know what I believe with everything else but the animal part of it has always been uncertain for me.

I believe we all go back to spirit so animals therefore should go back to spirit too. But they wouldn't be animals anymore, they would be the same source material as us.

Msybe when our animals greet us it may be a feel of knowing their soul rather than them visually looking like our earthly pet.

But that theory would mean we can either be human or animal on earth.

Id love to know your beliefs ☺️

Living in the present is a lot of pressure

The only time guaranteed is now, so live in the present.

Today I'm having a watching movies day and vegging out. I really should be outside, weather is amazing.

What if the present moment you just want to switch off and veg out.

I'm moving towards being more true to my spiritual self in every day life but sometimes I just need a break.

Is it all really they serious

Wanting a slower life is affecting my career

As I age am in start if Peri, I'm wanting to slow my life down a fair bit.

My job is a care job and very over stimulating, noisy and jumping from one thing to another.

I feel I'm getting more fatigued as I really just want to do whatever I want and do so quietly.

How have you all handled Peri, mood and body changes and career.

Where is the beautiful cottage in the woods that I deserve.

I just want pretty and organised things, I've never been like that. I've redecorated my house to make it peaceful, organised and pretty

Is wanting a slower more simple life part of Peri?

Or is it apart of getting older or both?

Just turned 40, went away for a trip and it really reset my brain.

I feel I stopped living in fight or flight my nervous system calmed down as I was able to catch my thoughts again.

Just before that my cycle was delayed by weeks had a period and then had another a week after so I'm assuming I'm in Peri or start of it.

I forget my words and I feel my hair thinned a little bit back. But only symptoms so far. I've always been sensory sensitive so the anger people describe that they feel towards others, has always been apart of me.

I'm wanting to delete social media and retreat in and work on myself. Not necessarily hide from the world though.

Anyone have a similar experience?

Family making fun of smell of nut meat while eating rotisserie chicken

My family were making fun of the nut meat i was eating and how it looked and smelt.

They had rotisserie chicken for dinner which smells like sulfur aka farts.

It's amazing how everyone is used to that smell, the smell of raw meat too but then so scared of any alternatives.

Family is usually pretty accepting of my food.

What do you say if anyone says anything about your choices?
