Manufacturer's Buyback 2025 Outback Premium... Good idea?

Thinking of buying a second car for myself because my first car was a small hatchback. White and black 2025 Outback Premium with NA 2.5 engine. Only 900 miles on the ODO, but Manufacturer Buyback Branded Title for a Throttle Body and Wiring Harness issue that's supposedly now fixed. Dealership asking 25K, comes out to 28K OTD. Worth it?

Edit: not financing will pay cash.

Crazy amount of NEC players out there, what is going on

Let me preface this by saying that I am a fairly competitive player and sees nothing wrong with playing meta builds and armies.

But in the past month or so I’ve just been running into a crazy amount of Necron players. If I go play at an LGS then 2 out of my 3 weekly practice games will be against NEC. If I go to an RTT I’d likely get 2 NEC pairings out of 3. The last RTT I went to had 6 tables and literally every table was X vs Necron. So, 12 players and 6 are Necrons.

I’ve played competitive 40K in a while and I’ve never seen a faction attaining this level of popularity.

I’ve seen certain armies becoming strong and popular in a given meta in the past, but I have never seen an army being played as much as Necron. What is going on?

If it helps for context, I’m in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area.
