Hallo Wohnende, ich habe von Kleinanzeigen eine nette Spüle geschnappt, die hat jedoch so weiße Ablagerung bei der Abtropffläche. Hab das jetzt schon mit Essig Essenz einwirken lassen und geschrubbt, aber nach dem trocknen wird es wieder so wie auf dem Bild.

Ist der Kunststoff da einfach schon aufgelöst?

Ohh, Menschen mit schwarzen Spülen, bitte gebt mir eure Weisheit

Edit: habe Essig Essenz für 2 h Einwirken lassen + schrubben: Kalk ist immer noch da

Essig Essenz + Zitronensäure Pulver für 1 h: noch da aber ist einiges weggegangen

Geschirrspültab + heißes Wasser für 1,5h: trotzdem noch da

Badreiniger gegen Kalk: hat sich gar nichts gebracht

Ich hab grad die Zusage für meine Traumwohnung bekommen und bin überglücklich, aber da ich Studentin bin wird von meinen Eltern eine Bürgschaft verlangt (was ja komplett legitim ist), jedoch möchte die Hausverwaltung, dass genau dieser Zettel unterschrieben wird.

Nun bin mir unsicher, da ich glaube, dass es schon ein ziemlicher Overkill ist. Sind meine Sorgen berechtigt oder sind die meisten Bürgschaften so?

Edit: was halt auch nervt, ist dass die Bürgschaft halt nicht freiwillig ist. Warum heißt die so wenn sie verpflichtend ist um die Wohnung zu bekommen? 🚬

Edit2: Es gibt bisher keine schriftliche Bestätigung, dass die Bürgschaft verpflichtend ist, weil die Mail der Maklerin dazu „nicht durchgegangen“ sein soll und sie mir die Verpflichtung nur telefonisch erklärt hat. Deshalb habe ich inzwischen den Eindruck, dass man das bewusst nicht schriftlich festhalten wollte, um sich rechtlich abzusichern.

I recently had my body composition measured for the first time by a doctor/dietitian using a BIA scan. I never really paid much attention to body fat percentages or body composition before, so I don’t have anything to compare the results to.

The numbers came back a bit surprising. The doctor said they’re not impossible, but I’m still having a hard time believing them.

For reference, I’m a 24-year-old woman, 169 cm tall and 52.9 kg. The scan estimated 11.6% body fat and 50.2% muscle mass.

I’ve been active most of my life. I did sports from around age 10 to 15, lifted weights from 19 to 22, and have mainly been doing calisthenics since then.

What confuses me is that I always thought body fat that low was extremely rare for women, yet the person who did the scan didn’t seem particularly concerned. At the same time, I’ve heard that BIA scans can be pretty inaccurate depending on hydration and other factors.

I’m currently in a cutting phase and trying to figure out whether these numbers are actually plausible or whether the scan is likely way off. Has anyone here had similar results from a BIA scan, and how seriously would you take those measurements?

I’m not looking for medical advice, just trying to get a reality check because these results left me more confused than informed.
