Need suggestions for a window less room

Hi Girls,

I am shifting to a temporary room for 6 months, but it doesn’t have a window unfortunately.
However, I want to brighten it up for as long as I live there.

Please please suggest some ideas, links , picture help. Literally anything that would help me out.

Need guidance with salary negotiation

Hi All,

I have an offer from Deloitte for a senior consultant position, and they are offering 20LPA for Pune.

I was under the impression that the offer is for Gurgaon for which 20LPA looked fine as it is nearby home(rajasthan)

Now, can someone please help me with the Fixed and Variable CTC. How much Deloitte can offer for a person with almost 7 years of SAP experience.

My current Annual is 12. So please guide me on this considering monthly expenses and tax deductions.

📍 Pahada (near Roop Sagar Road, Shubh Manglam Garden)
📍 Sukher (near Pulla Bhuwana, Celebration Mall Road)

Tips for making a no-window room look more alive?

Hey I need some help trying to figure how how my room can look more alive I suppose. My room has no windows so no natural light, an extra door that leads to the house heater, and a pull down ladder to the attic. I’m a teenager who struggles with mental health and having no windows plus all this extra doors and stuff in it is just exhausting and depressing, I just need something to help me feel more comfortable. Any suggestions? (Sorry, I know it’s messy im trying to clean.)
