Guys I recently learned my tunnels are so small that I can wear literally all of my old earrings

I know it's super simple, but I've been so excited to set this up. I was originally gonna stretch to a 2g, but I felt very content with a humble 4g.

My hair just doesn't seem to grow at all and I'm really upset about it. I keep getting recommended supplements for hair growth on Tik Tok, and these are the two I get recommended the most. Does anyone know if either of these actually do anything?
