Anyone tried these vagus nerve gadgets for post workout recovery?

Been lifting for a few years now. Recently it feels like my nervous system just wont switch out of "on" mode. This happens often after a hard session. So I kinda went down a rabbit hole comparing devices various devices. But I can't seem to settle on one. What are yall guys using? Like something that fits into a post workout routine. Anyone every tired these, if so did they help? Or is it just another scam?

What currently is the best tool for ai seo tools and software across Chatgpt and Claude?

Our local service site has steady impressions and mostly stable rankings, but CTR on informational queries has dropped quite a bit. I'm starting to think ai answers are taking some of those clicks, but GSC doesn't really tell the full story.

For ai seo, what are you actually measuring beyond rankings and traffic? Ai mentions, citations, share of voice? Curious if anyone has seen ai visibility rise while organic clicks keep falling.

Cheap residential proxies that don't drop sessions? Managing 10+ social accounts

Running a scraper across 10 to 12 social accounts and trying to keep sessions stable without spending a ton. Datacenter is cheap but seems easier to flag, residential looks better but per gb pricing gets expensive fast.

Would you use sticky sessions or rotating IPs for this? Trying to stay under $50 a month. Also, per gb vs per port, which one actually makes more sense here? Honest advice needed cause I’m pretty new to this.

Need premium proxies for running multiple accounts, kinda lost on types

I manage a few accounts for work and need to keep the sessions separate, but proxy types are confusing me more than I expected lol. Been looking at residential, ISP and private proxies, but I'm not really sure what counts as premium proxies or which type makes sense when I need the same IP to stick with each account. Not sure what even are premium proxies tbh, just read about it online lol What are you guys using for this kind of setup? Any providers or proxy types I should look at?

Anyone tried a quick reset routine?

I've never felt as fried as I've been lately. Work is a lot, and the worst part is nighttime. I get into bed and my brain just... starts. Conversations keep replaying, planning unnecessary stuff, just endless overthinking. I'm not really looking for some big overhaul. Just something short I can actually do on a daily. I keep running into vagus nerve stimulation devices. The reviews aren't offering me much to go on tbh. I've checked across random brands which is partly why I'm here. Of all the different ones out there, id like to know which one has any of yall used and how that went. Anyone actually are able to sleep with pills? If so, can you actually use them everyday...? Is that even healthy?

Do stress and wellness devices actually work, or are they mostly hype?

Been dealing with pretty bad burnout lately and I keep seeing devices that claim to help with stress, sleep, recovery, or calming your nervous system. I’ve already tried exercise and basic relaxation stuff, but the difference has been pretty small.

Has anyone here used any health tech or wellness devices that actually made a noticeable difference? I’m more interested in real use over a few weeks than first impressions. Bad or mixed experiences are useful too.

Dates flexible, airports flexible, budget not flexible... what actually finds cheap google flights?

For people who travel with almost no fixed plans, how are you searching flights now? I've got about 3 weeks left on my visa and can leave from a few airports, any date, to basically anywhere warm that's cheap. I keep bouncing between explore maps, nearby airports and cheap google flights searches, then checking each route one by one. Feels like there should be a simpler way to sort by “cheapest place I can get to this month” and work backwards from there.

Anyone read Pulsetto reviews before buying?

I've been dealing with anxiety for a while now and breathing apps only got me so far. Calm, breathwork, all of it. They're fine I guess but I need something more physical. I especially need this for after workout when I'm trying to wind down and my brain is still firing like crazy. I'm seeing several vns devices that should help with this, Pulsetto, trugvaga… etc. The reviews are kinda diverse tho. Is this like a mix of skepticism and hype or whats going on here?

Is a SERP API worth it for complex google scraping?

I'm scraping google daily for competitor listings and ad placements, and the actual extraction isn't really the hard part anymore. the annoying part is captchas, blocks, proxy rotation and random changes that break the script every few days.

I'm looking at using a SERP API instead of maintaining all that in house. Teammate mentioned some platforms for handling the request and proxy side, but I'm curious how people here deal with this at scale. Anyone running a SERP API long term? mainly wondering where the cost starts making more sense than maintaining your own google scraper.

Residential proxies for a small short term research project?

Doing some market research for a client and need to check pricing and survey pages across 15 to 20 regions. traffic is pretty light, mostly just testing what shows up from different locations.

Been looking at residential proxies, but a lot of the plans seem aimed at agencies or people moving serious volume. $300+ minimums dont make much sense when Im only running this for a few weeks. Any smaller providers or pay as you go setups worth looking at? mainly care about decent geo coverage and not having to buy way more bandwidth than I need.

Which platform is best for reporting google ai overview and ai mode tracking to clients?

So, here’s the thing. We run content for about 20 clients. Lately, more and more of them are asking, “do we show up when people ask Chatgpt about us?" I've tried checking out a bunch of the self proclaimed "top copilot rank trackers" and combed through lists that keep getting posted. Apparently, most of the available ones are just a normal keyword tracker, only with an AI sticker on it. Nothing actually seems to be tracking mentions or citations across the different models. I was wondering, is anyone here running something that genuinely pulls brand mentions? One that actually works, without me sitting there babysitting prompts every week. Budgets not massive, Ijust need it to save actual hours.

How are people tracking google AI overview and AI mode tracking now that AI search affects seo visibility?

Running a tiny agency here. One of my clients is a scrappy startup with basically zero budget. Yet they keep asking whether they show up in Chatgpt… like it's a simple yes or no. I am trying to figure out whether they even show up in google AI overview for their main terms. Andhonestly, I've got no clean process for that either. Right now, it's literally just me typing prompts into Chatgpt and Google manually. Then I just show them of whatever shows up and hope I didn't miss something. Not scalable, not practical, and definitely not something I can bill hours for tbh. What are you guys using to track this stuff without paying enterprise prices? It doesn't have to be anything fancy, just a tool that actually works I guess.

How are you tracking ChatGPT prompts for SEO?

My client runs an ecommerce store and every week they ask if they show up when people ask chagpt for product recs.

I've been checking their brand and category prompts manually and taking screenshots, but that gets annoying fast and isn't great data for a report. I've looked at a few chatgpt prompt tracker tools but half the reviews are just lists of 15 tools with no real testing.

Has anyone actually tracked this for a few months? Do results hold up over time or swing all over the place? More importantly have you changed anything in your SEO/content based on the data and actually seen visibility improve?

Is a Node unblocker worth using for a small scraper?

Building a small scraper in node.js and I keep getting 403s and captchas after around 50 requests. Tried adding delays and rotating user agents, but I don't want to build out a whole big proxy setup for a one off project... would a node unblocker make sense hereor is there a simpler way to handle blocked requests? any advice?

What is the best API for google search api if I do not want to maintain my own scraper?

I'm doing a research project, need to pull maybe 5-10k google search results like queries, some news results, a bit of maps data mixed in.
Tried rolling my own with requests + bs4 first weekend, captchas within like 20 requests. Switched to headless chrome, still got blocked eventually. This is a one off pull, not a long running service. I don't want to set up rotating proxies and retry logic for something I run once and throw away.
What's the best serp api right now? Something that handles the google search side, news too ideally, without me babysitting captchas constantly. Budget is small. This isn't a company thing, just me lol

How are you automating Google AI Overview reporting for clients?

I manage around 20 clients and all of them are asking about Google AI Overview visibility now. The manual keyword checks and screenshots are starting to eat too much time. I'm mainly looking for a workflow that tracks changes over time and turns it into something clients can understand without me rebuilding a report every month. Any recs on what to do? How to automate it? I'm not big on coding...

Why doesn't Google Flights show cheaper mixed airline round trips?

I visit family overseas a few times a year, and lately Google Flights seems to miss some of the cheapest combinations. It shows a standard round trip at one price, but when I search the outbound and return separately, sometimes with different airlines, the total can be more than $200 cheaper. I understand that separate tickets come with extra risk, but I would still rather see all the options and decide for myself. Other flight search sites can combine unrelated airlines automatically, so why doesn’t Google Flights show these routes more clearly? Am I missing a setting or has it become worse at finding the cheapest combinations?

Is there a practical tool for ai visibility and brand tracking that is not just a classic rank tracker?

I run content for a tiny startup with basically no budget, and every morning I manually copy the same prompts into ChatGPT and a few other tools to check whether our brand gets mentioned. I lose track of which prompts I ran, the answers change depending on wording, and comparing results week to week is messy. I just need something simple that runs a fixed prompt set on a schedule, saves the results, and flags when a mention appears or disappears. No huge dashboard and no $200 monthly plan. Has anyone found a cheap tool for this, or even a basic spreadsheet and script setup?

How are you reporting AI visibility to clients without doing it manually?

I’ve got an ecommerce client asking for a monthly report on whether their products show up in ChatGPT or Gemini for searches like “best running shoes for flat feet.” I started checking prompts by hand, but it’s taking more time than the report is worth. The client also wants something cleaner than a pile of screenshots. At this point I’m trying to replace the manual checks with a setup that can track results over time without becoming another weekly task.
