Come on, HEB….

Yall put “electrolyte” on the label and hid the nutritional info on the back side of the label to hide the fact that there are in fact no electrolytes in this water aside from the trace minerals put in pretty much all bottled water “for taste”? This is nearly a $3 gallon of water.

ETA: Aight I was gonna say it’s obvious I’m not buying this shit but obviously it’s not obvious. I am absolutely not buying a gallon of purified tap water with a fancy label that costs more than a gallon of gas. I don’t have consumer-brain-rot, it just caught my eye that they had two gallons of water- one labeled “electrolyte” and one labeled “alkaline” that both cost almost $3/gal and are identical in every way except the label.

Car AC doesn’t work

Not sure this is the right place to post it, but… My vehicles AC doesn’t work in the heat. I know, vehicle ACs are much less efficient in the heat, but I’m talking this shit just blows hot air. When it’s cooler outside the AC works so well it dries out my hands and can get them so cold I have to close the vents. Sometimes, when I have my vehicle on for an extended period with the AC blowing hot air (set to cold) at full blast and I stop the AC or turn the car off for a couple minutes then start the AC back, it shoots literal ice at me out of the vents. When I hook up a refrigerant can up to my AC under the hood, the pressure gauge red-lines and says I need to service my AC. Do I just not have an AC anymore?

What do I do about a dental emergency with no resources

I’m a paramedic with no health or dental insurance living paycheck to paycheck. I’m about three weeks into a horrible toothache and I’m getting to the point where ripping it out myself is starting to sound like a good idea. It looks like stage 4 periodontitis, there’s a hole in the back bottom molar along the gum line and almost my whole bottom set of teeth are sore and achy like I have braces.

The trouble is that I have no idea what to do. I don’t have a dentist or insurance but I absolutely need this thing out before it turns into endocarditis or sepsis. I also have a really bad time with dental work and I freak out if I’m awake cause I can hear the scraping in my head. I don’t know what to do, what my options are. Any suggestions?

ETA: currently on a q12 regimen of 600mg ibuprofen, 1000mg acetaminophen and 600mg gabapentin. It’s bringing the intractable sharp pain down to a dull ache but that’s it.

Extraordinarily rapidly worsening toothache

Hello. Despite brushing daily and using CHG rinse daily I have a hole in the gum line of my back most molar. It’s relatively shallow and hasn’t been causing problems. It started lightly aching two days ago. This morning it was still a little achy and now at 4pm it’s progressed to a sharp 6/10 pain. It feels like just the air from breathing in my nose is hitting it and making it worse. Obviously the only option here is definitive care- except I don’t have a dentist, or dental insurance, and I don’t know what to do.

ETA: also please is there anything I can do to stop this, because Advil and clove oil and teabags aren’t working
