Hello, I’m 24M, and I went through the hardest and most stressful time months ago and i lost much of my hair, and my hair has become so much thinner. I noticed it’s really bad in the middle crown area, that gap NEVER used to be there. 8 months ago my hair was so much thicker and i had so much more hair, and now I’m wondering what i need to do to prevent this from becoming worse.
