Hypothetically, how much money would you accept for a hyper-realistic animation?

You see commissions all the time. Artists get payed to draw/animate in their style for the buyer and everyone is happy.

I was thinking though, how much would it cost to make a movie (around 2 hours long) that looked live action, but was actually completely hand drawn. Would any artist even accept this commission? Would any artist even know how to do this? I've never seen a hyperrealism artist who also knew how to animate.

What is your opinion on this topic?

Also, excuse any bad English. It is VERY late for meToT

I'm trying to get a back to school haircut. Is what im planning to do acceptable?

I don't like looking for references on the internet because idk what's realistic for my hair type/what will make me look good.

Is it acceptable to walk in and just ask? Like "I don't have a reference with me, but is it possible to make my hair look nice without cutting most of it off?" I just don't want to be rude or annoying is all.

I've also considered asking to just have layers. I thought that might be too unspecific tho.

Is the 3x points my employee discount or am I actually supposed to get 30% off? (CAN)

I was told I would get a discount but I can only find the employee exclusive 3x points on the app. It only occurred to me now that the points might just be the discount. Am I right about this assumption?
