For context, I do all the stuff I am supposed to, and tolerate a huge level of pain/discomfort normally most days. My issue is my foot though. My 3rd and 4th toes (ring finger toe?) Constantly cramps and I don't know what to do. RRMS going into year 4, generally issues with my feet and legs.

*My electrolytes are fine and I drink plenty of water.

*Never off messed up taking required meds for MS.

*Have to work standing for 10-12 hours, but thankfully only 2 times a week usually.

*Tried Flexeril, Highlands leg cramp meds, eating extra salt, extra magnesium. Heat and heatpads help, but I can't use them walking around. :(

*I am generally able to work through huge mobility issues with no problem, tough out lots of other stuff, but these stupid fucking toes.....

Any ideas? Thanks homies.

I'm looking to create an alternative history based on a "collection of letters"

Looking to have some folks who would like to help me create some kind of story, a project, a subreddit maybe? Basically I'm looking to be a nurse/historian for a relatively large post apocalypse type city. I'm in charge of contacting other city leaders, soldiers, scientists, random people with interesting stories or "access" to others interesting stories, and sometimes verifying.

There would maybe be some recurrent characters, some one times, but could obviously use the same people for multiple characters. I would basically come up with a 'prompt' for you, (or modify a character you maybe have made up?) And send you the letter I'd be posting. I'll give you a light outline of the high points, but you need to be able to fill the rest in with your own skill. I plan to post my versions as handwritten letters (screenshots from an app I can handwrite letters on), and would either prefer you send me the same, or give me permission to rewrite yours by hand to stay on theme?

Looking for age 28 to 45. Any size, hygiene and brains an absolute must. We'll talk a while, and get to know each other since I've never done this stranger type thing. I'm planning to get a top tier suite when I visit if it's for this, to add to the experience. Ideally we'd hang out all 3 nights, just meeting that first night a the least. I'll make sure you're comfortable and we'll do platonically fun things too. Clean testing priorish a must.

Again, personality a huge thing. I'm a bigger girl, normal looking, pro career, decent personality myself. Dark humor, horror movies, etc. Not into couples. Hell, maybe we just end up friends and never meet? Still cool, honestly.
