Didn’t think I’d find a copy in South Africa! 🇿🇦
Been watching The Westies and I think Stanley Morgan could be an incredible Eddie Dean. Now that Aaron Paul is too old and James Ransone has passed, this might be my top pick now.
I have almost every door in my house decorated with Door Toppers now. This one is probably my favorite to walk through each day.
She sat for 5 hours at a convention for this one! This was right after it was finished.
Hypothetically, if Roland and Eddie had somehow managed to dispatch Balazar and his goons BEFORE Henry Dean rode his last rocket and OD’d… How do you think things would have shaken out for the Great Sage and Eminent Junkie?
Don’t think this constitutes a spoiler.
Reading Wizard and Glass for the first time, is this supposed to be a ‘The Bridges of Madison County’ reference?
The beginning of this section is about a folklore that’s going around in mid-world of which every town has its version.
‘The girl, although young, was married.
The boy, although fair, was unstable.
She met him one night in a remote place to tell him their affair, sweet as it had been, must end.’
And the names of the boy and girl in the Hambry version happen to be Robert and Francesca which are the names of the characters in The Bridges of Madison County who had an affair just like this that must end.
That was certainly an ending, but I guess Ka is a Wheel. One thing I don't get is how Roland is supposed to close the Loop if he goes back to the start; he is forced to kill Jake again, right? So he can't ever really escape. Also, the Crimson King felt weirdly silly for a final boss is an old guy with grenades screaming "EEEEE!" Then again, it's Roland's addiction that is the real villain. The one thing that I felt truly disappointed was my theory that Mordred would somehow be key to restoring Prim /fixing the tower. I am not really sure what to make of it.
I know it has nothing to do with sai King, but I still think it’s super cool and will consider it my personal dark tower merch.
Okay, so I think I finally figured out a definitive reading order for The Dark Tower and associated books (and media. hold on to your socks).
Feedback is welcome:)

saw this at my school this is genuinely so cool, does anyone know what this might be called?
In the book, The Waste Lands, once our main protagonists board Blaine the Mono’s luxury train carriage, they see a harpsichord instrument in the corner of a lounge and 23-year old New Yorker from from 1987 and the Co-Op projects Eddie Dean imagines “Hoagy Carmichael about to start playing Stardust”. Is this typical of Eddie Dean’s cultural experience and how he thinks?
Was fortunate to acquire some Treehouse beers which frequently stamps DT quotes on the bottom of cans, and I was not disappointed!!
