98 GSX Head Questions
I bought a few skis and realized they needed a little work. I cleaned out the sleeves, got it running, but hooked up water and it filled the cylinders… I want to replace the rings around the sleeve, but not sure what part to order, or who to order it from.
I also am not sure if I should just replace all the gaskets on the header…

Coming from Crotch Rocket to Harley
I’ve only been riding for about two years. I’ve gotten really good at my Zx6R, but had an opportunity to buy a 2020 FXLR. The bike has pipes and a tuner on it. Has decent acceleration.
My question is, is it bad to ride it like my crotch rocket as far as aggressiveness? I’m not redlining the hell out of it, but I get on it at a stop light and I get my moneys worth on brakes.
I’m not worried about my abilities or anything. I’m very comfortable on the bike. Just rode 4 hour trip yesterday. I’m asking if it’s bad for the bike in the long run?
I’ve heard a lot of people say “oh Harley’s are meant for that, I ride mine hard all the time”
