Punitive selling fees

I just noticed we had 4 defects out of just over 1000 sales which has put us 'below standard' this has moved the selling fees firmly into an unsustainable range.

There are 3 defects from last summer which will have dropped off next month. I think we have had a drop in sales and this moved us into below standard.

I have pulled our entire shop (actually put us on vacation for month) and will keep doing this until the defects drop off.

I don't know if this is what eBay wants sellers to do but I have no way of contacting them.

Colnago C59 respray.

It's a bit of an odd frame in that it is rim brake but will only work with electronic groups.
The gold details were done with gold leaf.

Stuck headset bearing.

The lower headset bearing on this bike has rusted to oblivion. It split when I dropped the forks out and both pieces were stuck fast.

I managed to get the piece off the fork crown after blasting with WD40 and levering it off with a screw driver. It took ages.

Unfortunately the piece that's wedged inside the frame is stuck solid and there is no part of the bearing protruding to tap it out.

I have an idea to make a drift to get it out. I'll need to get a steel rod on Monday and try a bit of black smithing.

In the mean time can anyone share any tips?

Charging flap won't open.

I got my ID3 back yesterday. It was away for a few months with a battery issue. This is the second time. The first time took over 7 months.

The car had been charged to 50% so enough to do a few errands before going home. I was too tired to charge last night but attempted to this morning.

The charging flap won't open. I've been opening and closing the car. Going inside the car and locking it and attempting unsuccessfully to get out without using the key fob (this seems dangerous if I park somewhere for an errand whilst passengers are in). I have also tried using the manual release inside the boot but even pulling with enough force to cause significant pain to my fingers does not open it.

I'm waiting on a mechanic now. I have access to a granny charger and will be here for hours 'if' the mechanic can get it to open.

Reform are currently leading in council seats in England. If they maintain or increase their vote share in the general election what does that mean for the future of Northern Ireland?

I had a new record for economy today. I'm in a brand new car as my own has battery issues again (2nd time).

I have been charging to 80% in this car. I always went to 100% in my own car. Could this affect economy? Also it was 20C today. Does economy continue to improve as temp climbs? Or is there an optimum?
