Retronova Sports is hiring sales reps. We make custom kits and uniforms for sports teams, leagues, and schools.

Your job is simple — find coaches, league admins, and team organizers, reach out, and close deals. Most of your work is cold calling and DMs. In-person meetings are not required but can happen depending on how you operate.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Scrape leads (sports teams, clubs, leagues, schools)

- Cold call and outreach to coaches and admins

- Close kit orders

- As you grow with us, product samples get shipped to your house

COMMISSION:

- 20% per set sold

- 30% bonus when you close the deal

- 50% of profit total if you set + close

- Most deals are worth $500+ (profit) for a small team of 20
- Payment can be arranged via PayPal, wire, crypto, or any payment method.
- Normal monthly earnings: 3000-10000+ (depends on you)

BASE PAY (after 3 months):

- $800/month base kicks in — but your commission covers it first

- Sell $700, you get $800. Sell $1,200, you get $1,200.

- Base grows as the company grows

Remote to start. Hybrid available depending on your performance.
