Are there any sugars that are good for you?

You see natural sugars vs added sugars, but what makes natural sugars healthier than added sugars... are natural sugars even technically healthy? As far as I know, HFCS and sugar from sugar cane both derive from natural sources and get added to foods/drinks. Honey is also a large source of added sugars. What makes natural sugars healthier than added sugars?

Does freelance copywriting actually make sustainable income?

Starting upfront, but is copywriting (freelance specifically) actually a sustainable job on small-scale, or is it more of a job for high schoolers? I don't doubt that copywriting for larger corporations or on a salary can be sustainable, but for beginners---does copywriting actually work?
