hey all, i posted this to the cirrhosis sub but got deleted so I would like to try here;

i would like to 'confirm' or ask to anyone familiar with cirrhosis if these signs are truly symptoms of liver cirrhosis before contacting my doctor AGAIN. i added some pictures. please look into it if you have some time cause I dont know if I'm making myself go crazy or it's fear for something there is not.

Been quite a few times at my doctor last couple years and have a appointment next week but that's for psychological stuff for depression etc., I already notice they're annoyed with me.

in short; I have a history of heavy drinking and even now I drink still drink sometimes but it's always heavy drinking.

33 years old, 78KG, 1.75m tall. Fairly 'skinny', most fat around belly.

1. Visible Physical Characteristics

Abdomen: Feels tense, like a "balloon," rather than typical belly fat.

Hands: Red (not visible in this photo), itchy, or chapped patches on the palms. Hands sometimes feel "tender" or "bruised" to the touch.

Skin: Spontaneous bruising and small red dots (rash) on the arms.

Face/Neck: Swollen face and neck, particularly in the morning after waking up.

2. Functional Symptoms

Choking Sensation: Extreme shortness of breath on certain days after drinking. Choking or gasping when falling asleep or during sleep; panic attacks. Occurs daily.

Sleep: Consistently waking up (too) early and maintaining a restless sleep pattern.

Appetite: Some days involve a feeling of total satiety (fullness); other days involve extreme cravings for fatty foods (overeating).

3. Medical Background

History: Known hypercholesterolemia (high cholesterol) and a previous ultrasound that showed an enlarged liver.

Medication: Stopped medication for stupid me reasons independently 2 years ago. (rosuvastatine 40mg, ezetimibe 10mg)
