Big shoutout to Plex; thanks but no thanks for deciding all my Album Artists are Various Artists!

So this morning I added several Fleetwood Mac albums to my somewhat huge audio library.

Bit annoyed when they popped up in Plex as "Various Artists". Checked the tags, seen to be correct. Back to plex which says it's busy scanning music. Then I notice that Studio Album from Buddy Guy playing in Plexamp is also coming up "Various Artists"

WTF?

Checking I now see Plex is scanning music and deciding every album artists is various artists.

Australian tailscalers: what mobile data service do you use?

Hi

If you're tailscaling in Australia, which service provider are you using to successfully connect your device (phone, tablet etc) to your home server/ network?

EDIT: Thanks for the feedback. Let's leave it at that. I have spent far too much time on this. Time to call a halt.

Thanks

Origin Energy Latest Weasel Words

Has anyone else who is an Origin Energy customer received their price increase letter in recent days?

If so, did it explain everything to you in clear Plain English? Personally, I'm at a loss as to where I can actually see what they intend to charge. It seems the email, attachment and links obfuscate everything, attempt to place origin as the victim and leaves the customer clueless as to what's about to happen to their invoiced charges.

But, I may be wrong. I often am.

APPENDUM:

After a bunch of weasel words from Origin Energy that made me conclude I'm going to be more screwed over by the Cartel next month than I am now, Bowen asks regulator to investigate big jump in power companies' supply fees - He reportedly has asked energy retailers to explain why some of their prices are going up from 1 July when they’re supposed to go the other way, under the latest default market offer.

Yeah, right. Pigs will fly.

How to monitor for future or new episodes only?

I'm new to the arr stack, having recently installed seerr, sonarr and radarr.

For series I had previously been using pymedusa, which allows monitoring for future or new episodes only. Is there an equivalent option in Sonarr? If so, where would I find the setting?

Thanks

TorboxApp and Usenet Access Questions

The pro sub on TB promises usenet access. Before making the jump, I have questions:

  1. Does TB provide usenet server access, i.e. I can let my current usenet provider sub lapse?
  2. Are usenet groups on TB limited to video stuff, or can the audio file and other groups be accesses as well?

Thanls

Any cli_debrid users here to offer advice on blacklisted items

I have had cli_debrid running reliably for about a year until about a fortnight ago. Now I find most of my plex watchlist and overseer requests are not happening in cli_debrid.

Recently it has began throwing up heaps warnings that items i have scheduled are "blacklisted". They don't appear in the calendar and never get collected.

What's the issue and what's the fix?

Thanks

I'm thinking pre-pressure cooking the dried beans before making the soup itself. Maybe 20 minutes or so. Not sure if I should put the dried beans in plain water or stock. Or maybe not do that all.

Thoughts?
