U.S. Bank Risk department is a joke

Thank you for closing my credit card out while I’m on vacation I’ve been a U.S. Bank credit card holder for over 4 years and today they have decided to abruptly close my account 0 out my available balance and the only information I can get from them is a letter in the mail in 3 bussiness days

Fucking joke of a bank customer service is a joke as well!

I am trying to decide if the the Patagonia Black Hole 40L or the North Face Base Camp Voyager 32L are great options for one bag travel with the rising cost of checked bags on airlines like Delta and Southwest I am wanting to see if I can get away with just a carry on item. Has anyone had any experience with either bag on those two airlines. Any recommendations would be helpful i know the bag will expand when packed I just want others opinion and experiences with the duffle bags!!
