Buying a new phone

So I've used a google pixel 9a for maybe 6 months now and I am giving it away to a family member and buying a new one. I was thinking of getting an iphone since I miss having the typical iphone UI (last time I had an iphone was an iphone 5s) and I want 120 hz as well. So maybe the iphone 16 pro would do well or iphone 17? Also would it be considered a great upgrade especially for the phone camera? I take a lot of photos so I would want a functional camera as well both for environmental pictures but also selfies that don't look ass like it does on the pixel imo.

Need last minute tips for my travel to Korea (Seoul mostly)

Hi!

I'm going to travel to Korea (Seoul and Suwon) tommorow and I wonder if there are any last minute tips for me that could be useful during my trip. Are there any type of apps I would need to download, places to explore (I've prepared a few already but any suggestions are always welcome), foods, restaurants and so on. I appreciate it if you have any tip at all even if it is the smallest :)

Is there a better deal than this?

It's around 49 USD and I thought it might be good since I need the passes for the upcoming go fest, but are there better deals if I only want to buy many passes in bulk/not?

Trying to learn the science behind achieving THOCK SOUNDS

I've been trying to apply my knowledge in physics to how I can obtain a lower pitched sound, aka thock. What I know is that a thock sound has lower frequencies, which at the same time makes the wavelength higher (velocity=frequency*wavelength, they are inversely proportional to eachother). I was also looking at a NRC chart (Noice reduction coefficient chart) which basically says that at lower frequencies, foams with different thicknesses absorbs very little of the sound, and vice versa with the higher frequencies. I'm not sure if I understand it correctly but that is how I interpret the chart atleast. Nonetheless, I want to adapt this to making some of my keyboards more thocky, for instance my keychron Q1, but I wonder If my "math" is correct, HOW I can apply this, and if there are other factors such as plate material and case material change the way the keyboard sounds, and if there is an explanation behind that aswell (how the choice of material changes the sound). If this is not the right community to post this in, please redirect me elsewhere where it is more appropriate 😄

Pixel camera selfies looks odd

I have had my Pixel 9a for about a year now and I can admit that it is a great phone considering my last phone was an old iphone 5s. However, I found the pictures it takes to be quite odd looking when it comes to selfies or photos including a face. Regular photes of the environment look just fine, actually quite nice. But whenever I take photos of myself it looks like the AI adjusts my face shape and makes my eyes uneven and overall make my face unnatural. Is this how the phone works or are there settings I can change to prevent this from occurring?

I haven't quite planned on where to live yet when I travel to Korea but I have only seen expensive choices going up to around 160 dollars per night. Are there any recommandations for perhaps airbnb or cheap and reliable accommodations in or close to Seoul? I will travel with a friend so the apartment does not have to be huge at all. We will also be living there from the middle of June to the start of July.

Thanks,

I got 27k coins, 365 gems and 22k and I don't know what to do with it. I want to upgrade gus but I heard his hyper was kinda mid but I think I will still buy it. Also, I have not upgraded any snipers and I wonder if I should. Are there any brawlers I must upgrade??
