Hey everyone, I ordered a Soundcore Q20i, but the one I received is labeled Soundcore Life Q20 Upgrade Version.
Are these actually the same headphones under different names, or is there a significant difference between the two?
I’m especially wondering about sound quality, ANC, battery life, Bluetooth/features, and overall performance.(I got a nice pouch to put the headphones too) Should I keep the ones I received, or ask for a replacement with the Q20i?
Any info from someone who’s used both would be appreciated 🙏

I initially bought a brand-new sealed iPhone 17 Pro Max (256GB) from a local retailer in Sri Lanka and experienced multiple issues. After discussing with them, they replaced it with a new unit, which I personally unboxed.

The heating and battery issues are now solved. However, I’m still facing serious camera and performance problems on the new device running iOS 26.3.4:

Lag / Animation Stutter

Occasional lag during simple tasks, for example using Safari with only 2 tabs and returning to the home screen causes slight animation stutter.

Camera Zoom Switching Delay

When switching zoom levels (e.g. 2× → 8×), the screen sometimes blurs and takes up to ~10 seconds to switch lenses. This happens occasionally but is very noticeable when it occurs.

Camera Control Button Issue (Major Problem)

Around 80% of the time, when I open the camera using the Camera Control button, the app lags or becomes delayed when switching lenses or responding.

I am genuinely very sad and frustrated about this situation, especially considering this is a brand-new replacement device.

Additionally, my battery health has already dropped to 99% after only 37 charge cycles. I use the phone around 6 hours per day, do not use it while charging, follow proper 20–80% charging habits (sometimes 20–90%), and use original Apple cables and charging accessories.
