Can i use the last few units that are left over in a vile and then start a new vile? I’ve got about 5 units left over and usually take 10. Should I just use 2 syringes and inject in the same spot or different spots?
I have been taking my tirz injection every Thursday at 9:30pm for the last 12 weeks. I’m going on a girls trip Thursday am - Friday pm and prefer not to do it while I’m there. Would you do your injection a day early or a day late?

I’ve been going through elliemd for my first 3 months of tirz dosing. Did 5mg the firist month, 10 the second and now starting 15. I would like to slowly start coming back down and eventually get to a microdose as maintenance. Does anyone know if those are the only dosing options that Ellie md offers? Could i do 12.5 10 7.5 on the way down?
