KCR resigned multiple times and dissolved the government before ending a 5-year complete tenure without any legal issues in the past.

Eddurappa formed the government on the basis of the single largest party that lasted for just 2 days. Fadnavis resigned before even the floor test after Ajit Pawar withdrew NCP support.

We recently saw Superstar Vijay getting 108 seats with a huge and surprising mandate in Tamilnadu, but still falling short of simple majority 118 seats. Vijay won both the constituencies he contested from. So, technically speaking, now his party has 107 seats. If we take out one more BJP seat, Vijay needs 117 seats to prove the majority in the house. Soon after his victory, his PR team started trolling Stalin, Udaynidhi, EPS, and Pawan Kalyan.

Within 3 days from a huge victory, he became a meme material. He met Governor 3 times and still could not figure out on what basis he could seek the governor's approval to form the government. He should do a lot of homework. Politics doesn't go like a movie script. He is requesting other parties' support on Whatsapp.

He looked so immature in the whole episode. Now, parties such as VCK, IUML, CPI, CPM, and Congress will play the game to their advantage after sensing his inexperience.

He should have claimed government formation on the basis of the single largest party mandate before the governor. He didn't even answer Amit shah's congratulations call 📞.

People or his supporters might say that despite these small technicalities, Vijay should be allowed to form government by the governor. Nope! These small things could be challenged in the Supreme Court or Chennai High Court at a later point in time. Not to mention the fact that after becoming the CM of Tamilnadu, he will be signing a lot of MoUs. It's not the governor's job to give legal advice to him.
