I arrived in Italy three weeks ago on a family visa, as my father works here. I have already applied for my residence permit (permesso di soggiorno) and expect to receive it in a few months. Since I am here on a family visa rather than a student visa, will the university consider me an EU or non-EU student for tuition and enrollment purposes? As i don't have the permit at now will it create any problem in future for enrollment?
