This is really OG because this had to have been in 2016. I can't really remember who else was involved other than I think her core friend group she has now? I think Anna Campbell and Natalia Taylor (I kinda remember them coming out and dating then have a messy break up). I know some of the members went on to be a little more successful and then radio silence or flop. Jog my memory please this is such random lore.

Hi! Newer Esthetician here (1 year in on the job), 70% of the services I do at work are Hydrafacial related so I'm just looking for some advice on customization.

My lead Esthi is a sensitive skin specialist, so I haven't been given too many options to increase the intensity of the service with customizations because she does the ordering. Which was ok with me being newer, I didn't want to harm anyone's skin barrier and I can hardly tolerate a HF myself because my skin is extremely sensitive so I've always erred on the side of caution.

We just got purple and orange tips, better boosters, and 30% Glysal.

So I guess some of my questions are:
What Glysal level do you use on your average client? Is there a booster you think I should avoid? Has any of your clients had a weird reaction to hydrafacial because of the customizations? Anything I should be cautious of?

Random problems Ive had so far:
-The Dermabuild booster gave one of my clients a weird chemical burn under red light so I've been weary to try more of the peptide boosters.
-People on daily Tretinoin coming in and trying to get a HF less than 24 hours after use.

Also, please be kind. I'm going to delete this post if I receive mean or unhelpful comments. Unfortunately I've had to delete posts on here before for that reason. Like I said I'm new to the field and asking honest questions.

Do you guys think Joost has a shot at attending next year's Met Gala if he keeps advancing his career/fame?

Now that he's done Coachella, a World Tour & Eurovision I can't think of much else for him to do next. Since he is the king of manifestation, I feel like he could pull it off.

Personally I'm a huge fan of fashion and would love to see him collaborate with different designers.

Coping using humor, only other adult children will find this funny so I'm posting it here. So here is a little break from the heavy posts with a story that is a little messed up but still funny.

My mom is a long time alcoholic and I'm really into wellness so I dragged her along with me to get some reflexology done. If you don't know what that is, foot reflexology is a practice where specific points on the feet are massaged to help promote relaxation and support the function of different organs and systems in the body. If they massage a spot and it's sore, or hurts, or makes you wince, there could be trouble with that organ. For example, one of my toes was bothering me during the service and I looked at a reflexology map, and the area belonged to the sinus. Which was scary accurate because I've had a lot of sinus infections in my life.

Anyways, in the middle of getting this done next to eachother, my mom yells "OWW" unexpectedly. The Vietnamese man performing the service on her says casually "Lye-Ver" in his accent. My mom is confused, looks to me and whispers "lye-ver" trying to decipher what that could mean. I say back, "Mom, LIVER" and her eyes go wide. I then laugh because he clocked her tea not even knowing she's an alcoholic.
