Accidentally bought an item instead of bidding on it. Was given a refund but I still wanted to buy the item, but was told that it was gonna be shipped out still with a full refund. Has this happened to someone before?

To give context, i am 27 and easy asian. I only wax and pluck. I also use the IPL braun on my face which has gotten rid of all the little hairs on my face but not the thicker hairs. I do not shave and I haven’t consistently shaved since I was 17. I also like to wear make up and stuff so that means I really hate fiancial hair as it gets in the way of my style and look. I usually grow out my facial hair for a few weeks, so I can wax and pluck it so there’s no 5 o clock shadow. The pictures I’ve out in here are about 5 weeks growth. Im question is, would it be worth it to just get electrolysis to permanently remove my facial hair as I do not have much facial hair anyways, or should I start of with laser first and see how things improve.

I recently returned an item I was unhappy with. But a weird thing happened. I had saved the QR code for USPS return, but when I returned to the page on the day I was returning the package, it just pops up the pic that I currently had. So I was like weird but I sent the return back anyways since I had a screenshot of the QR And then a few days later, I’ve noticed the seller is reselling the item again, but I’ve never gotten my refund and when I reached out the support about it, they just told me to mark it as delivered or give them a tracking ID. But I can’t do either. What do I do? Do I dispute with my bank? The page has been like that since before i returned the package.

Can’t find the exact look for this online. Anyone know this is legit?
