Please help me ! I can’t find anything on internet explaining what’s going on . So Monday my husbands phone crashes turns black and factory sets . He couldn’t get into any of his accounts. Non . 5k drained from bank . Email hacked . Plenty of evidence that he was hacked such as emails that said “you signed in for (whatever app ) using an iPhone 13 in LA “ we live in AL and he has an iPhone 12 Pro .
Honestly the frame work of this hacking made him seem like he did it . But so much evidence proves he didn’t .

On to me . After all this happened I deleted any password off my phone . Wrote them down . Someone hacked into my email and ip address is Florida . I obviously set up new password after that . LONG PASSWORDS ! I set everything but socials so far . I set up Face ID on as much as I could . So here is the weird put . As I’m writing down my passwords and my phone is facing up I see I have an orange dot on the center of my phone . That apparently means microphone . I wasn’t even touching my phone just had it open . I changed my setting where now only one app uses it . I then keep getting pop ups to attach my yahoo info my iPhone . Now my phone is a 17 pro max . I just got it 2 weeks ago . And I just now seen this pop up .

Today he has to pay his card so sense his money is gone and his card isn’t useable anymore and no new card yet we attach my account numbers to his phone . To see my account numbers my bank has to text me . The # was muted . It was one of those 6 digit numbers I never had before so how could it be muted ? I have plenty of spam or advertisements message me and don’t go into spam or auto mute . Anyways I change the mute settings and my phone screen goes black for 2 seconds . Just whole black. I feel fucking crazy . Wtf is going on 😭.

I want suggestions instead of going in blind to a book .

On Monday my iCloud got hacked . On Monday my phone shut off and when it came back on ( 2-5 minutes later ) my phone completely reset back to factory settings. I have an iPhone 12 Pro figured it was just a glitch from there i had to reset up my phone and so forth .

This all happened from 4:30-5:30 . In that time my bank got drained of 5k . While I was locked out of everything . (Email / socials ) . Couldn’t even log into Wells Fargo . Here is what happened

143 moved to Cash App . Then 1000 to Apple Pay then into Cash App again . From there the money was made into bitcoin pulled out sent to someone I don’t know . The bank emailed me , but sense I was hacked they had my email passwords / usernames for basically everything. Wells Fargo flagged them and from email they “confirmed “ it was me . From there they made several other transactions. Attempted to make a one pay account and a western union account that both got denied via email. Then 2000k+ moved to Cash App again . They then added someone to Zelle and confirmed it via my email ( once again their on my emails ) they confirmed it with Wells Fargo and send off 1700k via Zelle .

Finally 5:17 comes around Wells Fargo calls me , I call back . Bank was drained ! I filed a report , then Tuesday filed a police report , called Wells Fargo back on Wednesday morning and gave them my case number .

Last night I finally got back into my email via another email from my wife . It took gmail about 2 days to finally send her the link to reset password ect ; and we finally see what was going on .

Will I get the money back and be covered by zero liability sense Wells Fargo reached out twice and once they called I called back ?

They even created a chime account and confirmed it with my email . Chime says they log in using an iPhone 13 . In Louisiana , I live in Alabama .

Today my husbands phone got hacked . Everything is gone , photos , notes , apps , money …. All the money …. And socials were hacked . Front camera photos were taken of my husband. Scary stuff . They even took money out his crypto :( .

We believe it’s due to him being on an unsecured network but no way to be sure . They took 5k from his account. Transfers to coinbase , zell & Cash App .

You can see the hacker was testing it with sending 30 cents back and forth before attempting larger numbers. We called Wells Fargo . They are investigating. It can take 10 days but I’ve read some people have to wait even longer .

So will we get the money back in full ? Will it only be 10 days ? I read somewhere someone had to wait 90 days … also should we go to the police ?

Just started tonight . It can last for a few seconds to a few minutes. Continues white flashing on only half my screen . Very annoying.

My phone just started flashing bright white on half my screen . I don’t know what’s triggering it . Sometimes it can continue for minutes and sometimes it’s just random flashing here and there for a few seconds. When I screen recorded it happened then look back at the video it wasn’t picked up in said screen recording. Any help ?
