If a journalist uses an Airtag/GPS tracker to track the location of a shipped item, and publishes the results of where it ended up, can the company the package went to sue and/or press charges?

Inspired by a recently-posted article, I have a question. Since "corporations are people", and the laws on the books about using GPS trackers are focused on preventing stalking/harassment, does a corporation have the ability to successfully argue that the use of that tracker was criminal? Or would they have standing to file a civil suit?

My underlying assumption is that first-amendment protections and the public interest would outweigh any arguments in the other direction, but I'm legitimately curious if there's something here.

Footboard / In Bed gaming Table

My fiancee said she’d play more games if we could play them in bed. Immediately started designing this “In Bed Gaming Table” that doubles as a Footboard when not in use.

This has been a game changer for our gaming life. It’s a super cozy and fun vibe and helped us tackle more games on our list.

Also, I can set it right on top of my coffee table and play games on it too.

Not too hard to build, plywood, 2x4s, foam and a good textured faux leather. I intended to use the off white leather all the way around, but slightly miscalculated how much I’d needed. Had some extra brown leather, so used that.

Still playing around with the feet and legs of the table. Using some wood I screwed together for now to test the height we want, but is working great for now.

Let me know some ideas the make it cooler or more functional!

Cheers.

Books that are about markets (stocks, bonds, etc.) - but how they work, not just “how to make money”

I’ve discovered I enjoy financial narratives, like Too Big to Fail, When Genius Failed, or 1929. I find that they tend to gloss over the nuts and bolts of the stock market, and I’d like to learn more.

The issue is, looking for “stock market for dummies” type books seem to be focusing on telling you how to win at the stock market, which I’m not interested in doing. Are there any books that focus on how stocks work without trying to be a stock picking guide?

Should I cut 3 for a controlling Prismari deck, or try to make Jeskai work? (Sealed)

My rares (first shot) were all Jeskai, but the white support wasn’t great. It felt like I had a better UR base, but I’m stuck on the last few cuts. Should I:

  1. Cut a couple creatures,
  2. Cut spells,
Or 3) Try to put some Jeskai back in?

Pictures are my rares, my current deck, and my pool.

If anyone has any advice and is willing to provide it I’d greatly appreciate it:D
