What symptoms does everyone here experience?

So I deal with an absurd amount of trapped gas. However I can burp, but when I do it’s violent comes in clusters of at least four burps. It almost feels like I’m vomiting burps lol. I have tons of gurgling in my stomach. Gas will form and push up, and when it’s bad it will feel like a balloon is pushing into my chest. When this happens it feels like it messes with my heart and breathing as well. Sometimes causing it to beat slow, sometimes causing PVCs, and sometimes causing it to race. Also lots of air hunger and feeling like I can’t take a full breath. If it’s pushing into my chest and making my heart race taking deep breaths almost makes it worse. The trapped gas also causes extreme anxiety for me considering the location and how it can make my heart all funny and my chest feel weird. The area right below my sternum is always tight and tender. I’ll have random sharp pains all over (the reoccurring spot is under my right rib and shoulder simultaneously). These symptoms happen even if I don’t eat anything all day, however they are made worse after eating. Was just wondering if anyone here deals with these symptoms from trapped burps. While the underlying cause in my case is different I’m sure some symptoms do overlap. Thanks!

Weird sensation during Panic Attacks

To start this I have CIRS and these symptoms discussing only started at the end/after my mold exposure. I had panic attacks before but the specific symptoms only started after. I posted this in a panic attack related thread but I feel like someone here may be able to relate more considering CIRS causes anxiety much different than normal anxiety imo.

If anyone has experienced this or anything similar please let me know. I’ve had panic attacks for years but only this year did this start happening. Most commonly it will be the precursor to a panic attack. I’ll feel Iike my stomach squeezes and then shoots upward. From my stomach into my chest and head. When it happens it feels like my heart stops for a second, feels like im fainting, and then starts racing jumping to 120+. I haven’t fainted, but it feels like I’ve come close. This sensation is horrifying and feels so serious it’s almost impossible to convince my self it’s just a panic attack. A few times I’ve had terrible anxiety attacks and it happens to a lesser extent, but frequently. Will just feel a shooting upwards sensation in my stomach and like I’m going to faint. It will happen multiple times over the span of 15-30 mins give or take. Almost like it shoots up and turns my brain off for a second. I’ve searched, but can’t find any articles or anything pertaining to this sensation. In hindsight my panic attacks before this were easy in comparison lol. If anyone has experienced anything of the sort please let me know. I’m desperate. Thanks!

Going to live in a tent in my backyard.

I think my exposure was limited to my basement, and since the mold was found I threw out basically all of my stuff except my PC, monitors, and watches. The mold was remediated and tests were done after showing no signs of mold in the basement and upstairs. The vents were also cleaned. However in the 5 months since leaving the exposure I’ve gotten better in some ways and worse in others. I’m going to live in a tent in my backyard for at least two weeks to see if I notice any difference. I bought a new tent, clothes, banket and pillow and even a new tv to put in the tent as to limit any cross contamination (if there is any). For anyone who has done something similar, any advice? Thanks!

Need suggestions

So I think my mold exposure was isolated in my basement and I moved upstairs 5 months ago. I feel like I’ve gotten better in some ways and worse in others. To try and confirm I’m no longer being exposed im gonna sleep in my backyard for a week or two and see if I notice any meaningful improvements. Does anyone have any recommendations for tents/sleeping bags/air mattress or mattress pad etc. My main concern is not having bugs get in the tent haha. I’m going to order some new clothes/pillow and blankets so I know I’m not bringing anything exposed with me. Thanks!

Insights on LDN

I wanna say that I have not been diagnosed with MCAS. However I did have mold blowing in my face for two years because I pointed an ac directly at where it was behind the wall lol. Now it feels like I react to any food that isint plain steak. 30 mins after eating it feels like my blood is poisoned, i get very overstimulated and anxious, I feel high (definitely not in a fun way), I walk around like I’m on a boat, stomach is always gurgling, feels hollow etc. I believe my symptoms are a combination of mold induced MCAS, and inflammation. I was reading up on brain inflammation and came across LDN. It seems very interesting, and was wondering if anyone who’s tried it could share insights. Thanks :)

Question about location

I feel as if my exposure is a little different than most I read about. I’ll try and explain it the best I can. I moved into my basement around 2018 and after I definitely developed a bit of anxiety but was otherwise fine. My room was about 10x10 and never saw mold anywhere. Fast foward to 2023 I put an AC in my room. It was on the ground hooked up to one of those little windows basements have. About 4-6 months later I started developing symptoms. Started with extreme gas. Didn’t matter what I ate my stomach was always producing large amounts of gas (burps) they would get trapped in my chest and cause major discomfort and PVCs. When I burp it’s violent and I burp at least three times. Then came the migranes, fatigue, extreme anxiety, depression, brain fog, and my stomach worsened and feels hollow almost all the time. Then around January of last year give or take I started reacting to foods. 30 mins after eating (95% of the time it was the first meal of the day) my heart would pound, chest would get tight and I’d be short of breath. Took me a while to link those episodes to eating and thought I was loosing my mind. Then in around October of 2025 I noticed the wall I pointed the AC at was warped. I peeled back the wallpaper and noticed mold growing on it. That week I had a guy come and test it and the air levels were 7000 for penicilum/aspergilius. Thew out all the clothes I wore a lot in the room, the bed, basically everything besides my pc and fingerboards. Now this is the part that’s unusual. The mold patch wasent very big behind the wall. Next to the basement window there’s a crack in the house and right next to that crack is a sprinkler (lol oops). Now this crack was above the corner of the room I pointed my ac at. I pointed it there so it would hit me in the face while I was in the computer since I like to be cold (bigger oops). That corner is exactly where the mold was. Since leaving certain things have gotten better like the Migranes and fatigue, but food intolerances have gotten worse. Now I’ll eat and feel like my blood is poisoned, head pressure, I feel high and overstimulated, and just extremely out of it. I suspect MCA, but that’s beside the point. The mold has been remediated and I have since moved upstairs. I do believe that I kinda screwed my self by pointing the ac directly at the mold and blowing it in my face for a year straight. This AC stayed on pretty much 24/7 since I do love to be cold lmao. I assume that I am fine with living upstairs and I really just need to try and treat the MCAS like symptoms and CIRS. I would like to know anyones thoughts. I definitely can’t move as I live with family and have no income. Best I can do is live in a tent outside lol. Any opinions welcome, and thanks for reading!

Looking for insight on LDN

I think one major thing that is contributing to my symptoms is neuroinflammation. After the mold exposure started I’ve developed extreme anxiety, brain fog and OCD like tendencies. More so “Pure O” as I don’t have any compulsions besides checking my pulse. I was looking into ways to combat inflammation and LDN came up and it’s extremely interesting. Has anyone here tried it and had positive results? Thanks!

Eye symptoms.

Symptoms started while still in the mold. At first it felt like a bad case of pinkeye. Went to Urgent care and they gave me drops. They didnt do much. After a bit the redness went away but my eye kept leaking puss. For the last 8 months its gotten worse and better. For a few days it will feel like pink eye, will get better then come back. However even when its better puss still leaks from behind my eye and my eye lids are always crusty. When it leaks bad it feels like there is a constant film over my eye, I get double vision (really bad with screens), and lights will have a halo around them. Has anyone experienced anything similar. Im have an eye doctor appointment coming up. I'm just scared their gonna say pinkeye again and give me more drops that wont work lol

Can anyone relate?

This is not an occurrence that happens everytime I panic or have an anxiety attack. However it is by far the scariest symptom I have. My stomach will feel weird for like one second, then what feels like a bright ball will squeeze right below my sternum, and then feel like it shoots up to my head. Right after this happens my heart rate will jump from like 70-80 to 120ish and it will feel like a massive wave of panic fills my head. This sensation is brief, but the panic/anxiety that comes after is gnarly. In my head I’m always like there’s no way that can just be anxiety there is something very wrong with my body and I freak. Has anyone experienced anything somewhat similar? Thanks!
