Bios updates always fail.

Hey.

So I’ve been on the first version of my bios for my mag x670e tomahawk WiFi for 2 years due to this one issue. Whenever I flash my bios, it always fails and must remove the cmos battery. This is the first and only pc I’ve ever built, so I’m unfamiliar with how to fix this issue. I’ve never really experienced issues though so after the first two failed attempts I just stop trying, but I think it’s time to give it a third.

I mainly dont want to do it since I’m pretty young and am terrified of bricking my setup.

Any help appreciated,
Thanks!

Attack shark x68 he vs aula hero 68 he?

Hey! I’m split between these two keyboards to upgrade. I play valorant, and I previously used the razer huntsman mini, but recently the keys have just been refusing to work. (Random activations, keys not working, etc.) I’m no pro gamer, but I play comp a lot. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Phaseguard splitter vs xerofang?

Title!
I’m wondering which of these knives you guys consider better, since I think both of these are really good but want to know what people who actually own them think. I love Stim maxxing and have Rgx karam, and I know both inspect animations are spammable but don’t know which one to pick.

Is loaded safe to buy vp from?

Title. I’m looking to buy some more vp, and I was wondering if loaded (formerly cdkeys) is a legit reseller and if there would be any issues such as chargebacks if I bought from them. On their website, they say that they buy in bulk and work with publishers, but you can never be too careful.

Is phaseguard splitter worth it?

Title. I already stim max with my Rgx karambit, and was wondering if this would be a good one to add to my collection based on what people who own it think about it.

Should I get another knife if I already have a good one?

Title. I currently have the Rgx karambit but have been looking at the phaseguard splitter and thought it was cool. However, I want to know if it’s even necessary at all. Thoughts?

What is more important, mousepad or mouse upgrade?

Right now, I use a dav4 with 14x6 cm hands. Despite the mouse being very large, I still enjoy using it. But I currently have a generic cloth mousepad with the coating long worn off. I feel like if I buy a new mouse, it won’t even help that much. I’ve had my eye on the artisan zero for a while, and on the a9 mini+, but what do you guys think?

Is the ark a9 mini+ good?

Title. I have 14x6 cm hands and am currently using the DAV4, which is obviously wayyyy too big for me. I have watched multiple reviews online and am leaning towards it, but before I actually spend some money I want to ask people on this subreddit. Please let me know if this mouse would be a good fit, or if there are any better options. (I play valorant)

Should I get the super light 2C?

Title. Right now, I am using the DAV4, which I’m very happy with, but it has some problems. My hands are very small, so the mouse sometimes feels clunky. I also use fingertip grip, which I find to be a bit harder on it. Other than that, it’s great. I am wondering if it’d be a good idea to upgrade, or if I should just stick with my dav4 for a bit longer. My hands are 14x6 cm.

Rgx karambit or butterfly?

I’ve been waiting for karambit for a while, and i just got the butterfly knife in my shop. Now im wondering if i should get the butterfly knife because of the crazy inspect, but the smoothness of the karambit is still great.

Scared to update bios.

For context, I use a Mag x680e tomahawk and have never moved from the original version. This is because everytime I have tried to do this, the update has failed and I have had to remove the cmos battery. I’ve kept it like this for a few years, and I think I should just try to update it. What could have caused this problem, and how can I update safely? (I flashed bios with usb)

Forgive me if I miss any obvious information or make errors in my explanation, since this is the first pc I’ve built myself.

Any answers appreciated! Thank you!

Please recommend me some 1440p 240hz oleds!

Title. I’m pretty new to the monitor space, and through research I’ve found some monitors that are reasonably priced and fit my specifications like the 27GX704A-B, but I’d like to know what experts and owners think!

I am coming from an msi ips panel with 240hz and 1440p. My pc is in a room where I can almost remove outside light, so reflections aren’t an issue. I mainly play games like valorant, but I’m not a pro or anything. I only want this oled for the superior color and response time.

Thank you for responding! Have a good day!

Oled or mini led for gaming?

I'm just not sure whether I should get an OLED or a mini led, I've heard great things about oleds however mini leds are also getting pretty popular as of late.

I mainly play fps games like valorant and cs, and my computer is placed in my room so that not much direct sunlight reaches my monitor.

I’ve heard mini leds eliminate problems that oleds have like burn ins, but I want to know if oled is still worth it over mini led.

I’m new to monitors so forgive me if I’m wrong about some things, and I would appreciate any answers below. Thank you!

Are qd oleds good for gaming?

Title. I want to know if getting a qd oled would be better than my ips. (I play valorant) I mainly want a sharper image with less ghosting, and I want those incredible colors. I’m not a competitive gamer, so I don’t need any crazy response times on ta panels, and I don’t like the colors on va or ta either. Right now, I have a 240 hz 1440p IPs, and I get 400+ fps in game.

Is this a good monitor?

Hey! New to monitors and thinking of buying this for playing Val. I don’t need to be super competitive, and want to stay away from VA and TA panels because I hate the way they look, and how they are too dull color wise. If there are any better monitors out there with similar specs please let me know!

Looking for an oled, have a few questions and looking for recommendations

Hello! I am pretty clueless when it comes to monitors, so forgive me if some of these questions are dumb.

Are oleds truly superior than my ips for gaming? (I mainly play Val)

Should I invest in a 360+ hz model, or stay at 240? (I get like 650 frames in game)

Is the .03 response time many of these monitors advertise really worth it?

Is there any way I can get one of these monitors without bleeding my wallet dry? Or is it not a good idea to settle for cheap? (I want a 1440p)

Thank you so much for reading. I would appreciate any feedback or recommendations below 🙂

Good flick for iron 3? What can i improve?

I know this is in a swiftplay, but I thought this shot was pretty neat considering my skill level and wanted to know if I can improve. After reviewing my game after, I thought it was a little sloppy, but I want some insight from people who are higher ranked.
