Hi, it's Franck again! My mom found me crying in the backyard... and 6 days later, I'm pulling a photoshoot BOMB! ➡️👜 Mom tried to take my picture, so I turned her Hermès bag into a teething ring! 🦖❤️

Hi I'm Franck my new mom found me in the back yard crying

Found this little 'Lover Boy' crying in my backyard last week. The second I picked him up he just melted. He has already taken over my favorite decorative couch pillows and mastered the elegant crossed-paw pose! We feel like the lucky ones. 🥰🐾

I tried taking pictures of him all day yesterday but he was too fast, so when he finally landed on the pillow I knew it was the perfect shot. He is still so tiny that I actually slide him right into my bathrobe pocket to carry him around the house so I can get chores done while he snuggles. We named him Franck and we feel so lucky the system dropped him off to us!

Anyone with partial/secondary AI try micro-dosed CBD/THC adaptogen drinks (like BRĒZ)?

>Hi everyone, I was diagnosed back in December with partial adrenal insufficiency. I am currently stable on an oral hydrocortisone and daily fludrocortisone replacement schedule, and my baseline electrolytes are in great shape.
For some context: I completely gave up alcohol a few years ago because it made me feel ill. Long before my official diagnosis, I started drinking BRĒZ OG cans (which contain Lion’s Mane mushroom, a high ratio of hemp CBD, and a tiny micro-dose of 2.5 mg THC) as my go-to social alternative. My body always tolerated it beautifully.
My exact method is to drink it very slowly: I pour just half a can over ice and sip it over an hour to an hour and a half, then pour the other half and stretch the full can across a 3 to 4-hour evening block.
Now that I am diagnosed and on a daily steroid replacement schedule, I am planning to enjoy one of my cans tonight using this exact same multi-hour sipping method while taking my scheduled evening hydrocortisone dose right on time.
Has anyone in the community with secondary or partial AI continued to use these specific micro-dosed hemp adaptogen drinks after starting their steroid schedule? Did it impact your blood pressure, symptoms, or medication absorption at all once you were on hydrocortisone? I'd love to hear your personal experiences! Thanks!

Anyone successfully smart dimming an original Mathmos Astro (UK 240V bulb) here in the US?

Hey everyone,

I’m about to receive my original Mathmos Astros directly from the UK here in Texas, and I want to get my setup planned out.

My goal is to keep the original factory look with the proprietary 240V 35W Mathmos bulb, but I desperately want smart dimming control from my phone or Alexa so I can manage the heat throughout the evening without manually reaching behind my console cabinet.

For my smart home setups, I currently run a Lutron Caséta system (including the PD-3PCL-WH Plug-In Lamp Dimmer) and a full Philips Hue ecosystem for my standard room lighting. I also have a heavy-duty LiteFuze 300W step-down voltage transformer.

Before I plug anything in, I wanted to check if anyone here has successfully used a smart dimmer inline with a step-down transformer to control a 240V bulb on US power?

  • Did you put your smart dimmer before the transformer (Wall ➔ Dimmer ➔ Transformer ➔ Lamp)? If so, did it cause the transformer to buzz, overheat, or choke out?
  • Since the official Philips Hue smart plug is strictly On/Off, has anyone found a third-party Zigbee dimming plug that successfully pairs with the Hue Bridge to safely handle a transformer load? Or is the Lutron Caséta plug my only safe option here?
  • Or did you have to find a specialty trailing-edge dimmer that sits on the 240V side after the transformer?

I know a lot of people just swap to a US 120V MR11 bulb (like the Prism 35W), but I really want to try and preserve that hyper-focused 9-degree factory beam angle if possible.

Appreciate any wiring blueprints, hardware recommendations, or warnings from anyone who has attempted this exact setup! Thanks!

I wanted to show a quick side by side of these two without any straps or charms today. Just a raw look at the different silhouettes!

I noticed for the first time today while I was shooting, the new 2025 K-stamps have sequential artisan codes (006 and 007) and both share the same slight personality where the hardware on the right sits a bit higher. A neat reminder of the hand-finished nature of these pieces!

Love playing dress up with my 2025 K-Stamp Evelyne Craie Sellier and the Prada 1978 Mini Re-Nylon. Wrapped the Prada handle in an Hermès Twilly! These two are definitely my current favorites!
