So I got my account disabled today and the main reason is because I was dming people to much, but today something insane and outrageous happend, I tried to DM one guy from a DM server and the second I sended the message boom I got disabled, OUT OF ONE DM I think this shit is insane and discord is insane as much as I love the platform dming people counted as spam is insane so can anyone help me?

Hi so my account was disabled for "spamming" but I did nothing, it happend after I banned a guy from my server who was toxic and after that he was typing bad things in my DMS and I can't sing in on the support centre, can someone help me I'm trying to get my account back
