Longstanding episodes: focal seizures vs functional/dissociative? Looking for people with similar experiences

I've had stereotyped episodes since childhood (~30 years). They usually start with déjà vu, then chest tightness/heat/sweating and sometimes nausea, followed by about 2–4 minutes where my recent memory seems impaired. I'm awake and can talk, but I may repeat myself, forget parts of conversations, or get confused about the date/location. Afterwards I'm usually disoriented/headachy and often don't remember the episode well.
I've had multiple normal routine/ambulatory EEGs and a normal-ish MRI. Several antiseizure medications haven't meaningfully reduced the episodes.
I'm trying to understand whether people with focal/temporal seizures OR functional/dissociative seizures recognize this pattern.
If you've experienced something similar, what was your eventual diagnosis, and what happened when you had a typical episode captured on video EEG?

Having rewatched the entire series, I’m left with one thought

I want more.

The first season cultivates something so special that it’s hard to quantify. I loved season 2 and 3.

I watched season 5, then went back to watch it all from the start. It was so enjoyable and then I found season 4 a real slog to get through. I didn’t really feel that way when it first came out, but this time it came across bloated and there was no real flow.

When it was announced that this would be the last season, I was in agreement. Time to go. However, I really thought season 5 was perfect. Great pace, a tighter cast, no cameos, no need for cameos. I loved the mood throughout the season with the weather, I was heartbroken when Carmy dropped the plate because you get to see someone who’s nervous system is essentially broken in this environment, but then Ritchie saves him. He’s not hearing Syd, you feel it’s all going to fall down, and then “we got you.” Beautiful.

I picture the execs at FX sat now feeling remorseful having seen this season, but maybe that’s the way it goes. At the time of deciding to wrap it up, it was the correct call and you can’t let emotion interfere. I would, but that’s me.

Does anyone else feel this way?

Any tech savvy users here can help me/us?

Not to shaft our man but can anyone who's a bit tech savvy help make a guide to get the RSK XFM shows available offline in a playlist on iPhone or something like that?
Going to spotify for it was perfect and when it got clipped I realized that if they ever properly got scrubbed from the internet I'd be gutted. Would it be really difficult to sort of recreate the RSKXFM cadence and store it ourselves while the spotify. admin change the signals at the railway station and wash the mugs in the sink?

Phil Collins next.

Steve’s IG comments compared to Ricky’s

Everything Steve posts the comments are flooded with mentalists. Opened IG today and saw a post from Ricky flogging his new series and I couldn’t find a single comment referencing anything XFM related. There are a bunch of comments liked by author near the top so maybe that’s a way of burying the other ones.

No one bothering to comment on his stuff or him having someone comb through deleting comments seem fairly unlikely. What’s going on there? Something weird is going there Steve
