Having some difficulty micro dosing T.

Having some difficulty micro dosing T.

Got a six month sub to Peter MD, and after talking with a lot of people about it, I decided to go the daily micro dosing method. Problem is, the amount is so low, it is sometimes hard for me to tell if I've even gotten much at all, since after I inject there appears to still be more in the syringe. Feeling great overall, and working out, with lots of energy, but this method is a little difficult to tell if you're actually doing it right.
The rep from Peter MD said to pull it back to the green line for a 0.11 ml dose, but it doesn't draw easily, even when I run the bottle under hot water as suggested, and use a larger 22 gauge needle to draw it out, before switching to a 30 gauge to inject. I have to draw it way down to the 0.3 mark to make sure this clear fluid is in the syringe, then push it to the o.11 mark, but when I inject it the distance between the 0.11 and 0.0 is so small I can't tell if I am actually getting the T, and then after wards when I push the syringe more comes out after the injection, even though I pushed it all the way when injecting.
If anyone is on a micro dosing protocol and has some tips for me I'd greatly appreciate it..
Thanks!

How to cook oxtails with vegetables, and not make the vegetables mushy?

I've heard take out the oxtails when they're cooked, then do the vegetables at 1 minute separately and then combine everything, but any tips here?

Thanks!

I say this to say that if my undisciplined ass can do this, anyone can.
I started by getting 3-tab packs Pseudo from my local grocery store, and at the end I was 900 MG a day, and waking up at 5 AM in withdrawal to the point where I was crushing the tabs and mixing them with water ahead of time for maximum absorption so I could go back to sleep.
This ruled my life for months, until I wanted out. My local doctors put me on suboxone films, and I did two of those and then began cutting those in half for three days. Then came a day where I wasn't in withdrawal, and not craving too hard, and have been off all that shit ever since. I think the trick for me was recognizing when I wasn't in withdrawal, and stopping the suboxone on that day, and not using it to get high, and recognizing the difference between using it to get off 7OH (Pseudo) and using it to get high. I could not have done this without 12-step meetings, because they get the the root of why I was using in the first place, and that shit is all emotional.
Wishing anyone here struggling strength, and courage. You can do this! Use all the tools.

I think I just got lucky. Was Absolutely hooked on Pseudo, asked my doctors for help, they gave me suboxone, and I only did three of those, (they worked), before I realized I wasn't withdrawing anymore, so I just went for it. Started going back to 12 step meetings, and now have 30 days clean and I say all this to say that if my undisciplined ass can do it, anyone can.
I think when this whole thing comes home, and the Feds regulate all kratom derivatives, that the health services in a lot of counties are going to get swamped. Yet so far, very few doctors in California even know what 7OH is. Trying to sound the alarm for them, and some are listening.
Wishing you all freedom!

I recently came into the care of a friend who had a stroke and cannot care for himself.
He was until now cared for by my godmother, who herself had a a stroke compounded by apshsia, (Inability to speak), and as such she missed renewing his Medi-Cal.
I got all that straightened out thanks to Kaiser, but, the adult day care center he attends daily,(Which is under contract with Kaiser) and which is a big part of his life, began hounding me around February, saying that the payments for his attendance there had stopped around December 1st.
So, I embarked on a mighty journey developing relationships, with Alameda county Social Services, (I live in northern California), California health care services, Kaiser, Kaiser social work department, member services, billing, and ultimately and finally Kaiser claims.
After spending hours on the phone, I finally got them to re-process the bills which were all due to a "invalid revenue code", but at the very end, the nice lady told me that it was not my responsibility to make these claims, but the responsibility of the provider them selves. (In this case a rude director who hounded me weekly about getting my friends bills paid)
So, question:
In this case of missed payments due to an "invalid revenue code" was it the director's responsibility to contact Kaiser claims, since it was them who were under contract with Kaiser?
Thanks!
