Sexual Harassment- who decides discipline?

VHA, clinical lab staff, 11 out of 13 allegations of harassment were found substantiated, including creating a hostile work environment and the sending of two explicit unsolicited photos. Does it sound like this would result in termination? They have been temporarily detailed, the fact finding was complete two weeks ago but no action seems to have been taken yet, everything is shrouded in mystery, any insight would be very appreciated!!!

The best I could do on short notice and tired after a long day of Work and Yoga; hooked up frozen pizza

Rao’s Italian sausage Arrabiata pizza with fresh basil, basil paste, thinly sliced salami, homemade ground beef and tomato sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, freshly ground black pepper, sea salt, red pepper flakes. Good enough to watch Shudder with my cat son. Happy Friday mi gente!

Jury duty

I got a summons to appear for jury duty. I put it in as leave already with my timekeeper, but what kind of document/receipt should I get when I go to the court as my evidence that I was there? Or is the summons to appear all I need for the timekeeper? Do I need to show paperwork? Haven’t had this before- thanks!
