Sexual Harassment- who decides discipline?
VHA, clinical lab staff, 11 out of 13 allegations of harassment were found substantiated, including creating a hostile work environment and the sending of two explicit unsolicited photos. Does it sound like this would result in termination? They have been temporarily detailed, the fact finding was complete two weeks ago but no action seems to have been taken yet, everything is shrouded in mystery, any insight would be very appreciated!!!
