Husband and I have the hardest time choosing names. He came with the name ‘Kai’

He’s 9 weeks, a rescue, black and white, our other husky is called Oakley

After adopting a high energy dog that prefers a 4-6 mile walk daily I realized walking is my therapy. I also do yoga 5 days a week, but that doesn’t compare to quality time with nature, my dog, and family every day.

How did you get into walking?

To my mid 30s millennials who got you puppies in your early 20s… how we doing? How did time go by so fast?

I feel so thankful to have 12 years so far. Especially because we lost her brother from cancer at 9. Here’s to hoping we get to 15 🦴🐾
