Corrosion all over battery on my 2019 CX5
2019 Mazda CX5. I opened the hood for the first time in I don't know how long and saw this corrosion on my battery. What caused it? What will a mechanic do: Clean it off or replace the battery?

I recently moved into a new home and have this tree in my back yard. I live in Zone 7b - south shore of Long Island, NY. Google Gemini says it is a Mugo Pine (Swiss Mountain Pine). The tree has some browning, but in particular, the small branch that I zoomed into in the second photo is all brown. Should I cut that small branch off? Also, how do I deal with the browning seen in other areas of this tree? It really is a pretty tree and I’d like for it to be healthy.
This is one of my favorite images from the movie Beaches. However, because the movie is from 1988, it's blurry. Can someone sharpen it up without distorting the actresses in the photo?
I’m looking for a sideboard/buffet to add to my home. I saw this one, reasonably priced ($198 is listed on the tag but they have it on sale even cheaper), at a thrift store. It’s in reasonably good shape, but it has doors with clear glass. The issue I have is that I don’t want the items I place inside to be visible (placemats, tablecloths, barbecue utensils). I don’t want to display, but store. Would frosting the glass be a good solution? Aesthetically, would it ruin the look of this piece? Is there another inexpensive solution?
I recently moved to a new home on Long Island, New York. There is this small tree on one side. The first photo is from today, June 20. The second photo was from how it looked on April 18. I believe it is a cherry blossom tree but am unsure. Can someone verify? More importantly, how do I go about trimming or pruning this tree? Is there a good video someone can recommend? Or should I hire a professional?
I recently moved into a home and am trying to plant flowers for the first time in my life. Oftentimes, I'm not quite sure what I'm looking at in my garden. I see the plants in the photos I posted popping up all over the place in my flowerbeds and beside bushes. Are they weeds? I tend to think they are because they are popping up in random places. Had the previous residents planted them purposefully, I would think they would be in specific spots in the yard. Anyway, would someone know. Are they weeds that should be pulled out?
On Long Island, New York, USA. During last winter, I moved into a house with a tree in the backyard. It’s now May 7 and leaves have been starting to come out. Would someone know what type of tree this is? What will the leaves look like? Does it produce acorns or seeds?
