
Workout 3 days a week and Mom's food
Hey guys I've been doing workout for mostly 3 days a week and my diet is basically rice and eggs, I'm able to take chicken once or twice a week not consistently.
Is this good progress for 1 year - on and off
Started at 72 Kg now at 78 Kg
Abs I'm always skipping.
Also suggest any good protein powder, which is decent to hit my protein goals
