Could anyone recommend good sources for strategic intelligence?

Also, does anyone have examples of monthly strategic intelligence reports (sanitized/public versions are fine) that could be used as a reference for structure, writing style, and key sections?

I'm evaluating an apartment project in Chennai and noticed something that concerns me.

The sales team is repeatedly saying the project will be handed over by 2028. However, when I checked the RERA registration details, the completion date mentioned there is 2030.

I understand that builders sometimes keep a buffer in the RERA completion date to avoid penalties if there are delays. But a difference of around 2 years seems quite large.

Is it common for builders to have a RERA completion date that is significantly later than the promised handover date?
