Take Infinite Turns* with Tinesifter for 11UUUUUUUU plus an additional UUU every turn.
*Opening disclaimer, this only works against opponents with a responsible curve that arent running any cards with MV 9 or greater.
Step 0 (Setup): Have all permanents on the field without Summoning Sickness and have and 5 more power of flyers. The Lord of the Eagles must be your commander.
At the beginning of the first upkeep after you play Timesifter activate Keeper of the Nine Gales by tapping your commander and Most Decrepit Old Bird to return your commander to your hand.
Make sure your Harmonized trio is prepared if it isn't do so now. Cast Brainstorm and put your commander back on top of your library.
Let the Timesifter trigger resolve, moving your commander to the Command Zone as a SBA.
Cast your commander. Declare that you have presented a loop, and ask your opponents if they have any cards in their deck that are as expensive as or more expensive than The Lord, if none of them do then you have as many turns as you have cards in your deck to win, otherwise you have until they hit their expensive card to change that.
