What car feature do you refuse to pay extra for?

For me, some newer cars are getting packed with features that sound cool on paper but I’m not sure I’d ever pay extra for them.

What’s one feature you’d happily skip even on a new car?

Could be a panoramic roof, giant screen, power tailgate, subscription features, massaging seats, whatever.

Aprilia RS/Tuono owners — might be worth checking your left grip

Anyone here riding an RS 457, Tuono 457, RS 660 or Tuono 660?

Aprilia has a service campaign involving the left-hand grip on certain bikes. According to the campaign, the grip material supplied for some motorcycles doesn't meet the required specifications and the affected grip needs to be replaced.

The service instructions even tell technicians to avoid direct skin contact with the old grip and use nitrile gloves when removing it.

NHTSA ID: 11028693

Has anyone here been contacted by an Aprilia dealer about this yet?

What’s the best used car you’ve owned that was actually cheap to keep running?

Not necessarily the nicest or fastest car you’ve owned.

I’m talking about the one that just refused to die and didn’t constantly need money thrown at it.

What was it, how many miles did you put on it, and what finally killed it (if anything)?
