mfw i figured out how to extend the deadline indefinitely

Maybe I'm missing something here, but it seems to me their tiers should be swapped, or that the tier 5 should trigger the effect from the tier 4 (this would be busted don't actually do this).
I'm proud of this and wanted to share :)
Serpents fang is literally the only option right now, and it sucks that it often is the best item to buy if you're against anyone that shields. We have so many anti-heal options, so why not the same for anti-shield?
Teamwork is obviously crucial for both RC and DRG if you want to make it out alive, but the way Rogue Core does it is inherently prone to create tension between players, instead of cooperation. In Deep Rock, you're always playing for the team, no matter what you do. You have to either be intentionally griefing, or very absent minded to be actively hurting the enjoyment of the other players. However, Rogue Core has some mechanics that tends to pit players against each other, especially if you're not in VC with your fellow dwarves.
The first mechanic I'm talking about is triggering an upgrade. It requires all dwarves to be present in the same small area, which can be really hard to coordinate if you have a teammate who likes to wander off and complete objectives on their own. This can be super frustrating, but in the grand scheme of things is not that big of an issue. However, due to the time constraints, it can easily cost minutes if you have to sit back and wait for that last guy once or twice every level, creating some otherwise unnecessary tension. It could easily be solved many ways, for example by just triggering the upgrade as soon as there's enough Expenite.
The second, and arguably way worse, mechanic that really drives tension is the upgrade system itself. Let's say you're running a crit build, and so far you've gotten some decent upgrades. You deal a hefty chunk, and it's looking to be a good run. None of the others are running crit, so you should be set.
A legendary upgrade comes along, and what do you know, it boosts your crit build immensely, it's literally perfect. Everything should be smooth sailing, you ping that you want it, and boom, it's gone. Someone before you in the pick order saw a red shiny thing and thought "I can probably build around this", and now not only did you not get the perfect upgrade for your build, you're also contested on all future crit upgrades.
Now, Obviously the guy who took the upgrade is a greedy bastard, but can he really be blamed? He wants to see the big numbers go too, which is why we're playing this game instead of DRG.
I don't have a perfect fix for this issue, but I know from experience that playing with randoms from the server list can be really taxing due to this specifically. And it's especially bad if you have 2 people going in the same build direction from the start, there's bound to be a lot of tension in this case.
Obviously, a lot of this can be fixed just by communicating, but writing a message in chat often takes way too much time, so the only real solution I've found has been to find people from an LFG server and queue up with them in VC. DRG doesn't have this issue at all, as the only resources shared between dwarves is ammo.
All in all, I think these issues can bring out some hard feelings from an otherwise fantastic community, so I am sad to see this game promoting either sacrificing your own build to enhance your teammates', or trying to convince your teammates to let you have the most fun this time.

Picture this: you're doing vault 6, finally getting the last subroutine you need, your backpack is loaded and you have all your best gear on to maximize your chances of success. When you finally have the subroutine and are looking for an exfil, your fears finally materialize, you run into another team. You throw down a bubble, they throw down theirs, and then... Nothing. An implicit agreement is reached, and both teams go their own ways. This has happened enough to my squad that we've come to call it the Cryo Handshake, and it's gotta be my favourite thing that happens on that map. We even exfilled with a team once after a well executed handshake
I've been using the headset with no issues for about a month and I've been really pleased with it. Today however, it gave me a static brown noise for a second, then disconnected from PC and won't reconnect. It still works on bluetooth. I've unplugged it, restarted pc, swapped batteries in the headset to no avail. Anyone got troubleshooting tips?
