Any way to stop previous owners mail?

Hi I have a question, is there any way to communicate to Canada Post that someone no longer lives at my address. I bought my home two and a half years ago but I'm still getting mail for several of the previous owners. Most mail is official government-style mail. I always write return to sender and or moved on it for the mail carrier to pick up but I still get mail for these people.

Ecosystem Solution Institute free fruit tree program?

Hi, I got this pamphlet in the mail the other day. It is from an organization that claims they will give you a free fruit tree and companion plants for your front yard? Not sure how legit it is? It appears the only real "catch" is that you have an info plague placed alongside it. It looks to be only for residents in the East Kildonan and North Kildonan area for right now.

Has anyone heard of these people or have any more info on them?

I did something dumb and accidentally dropped something on my Google Pixel 10. Leaving an impact break on the screen. So the screen is pretty messed up. Where is the best place cost wise to have the screen replaced. I am past my screen repair warranty unfortunately.

Hi, so I've been trying to get a response from Arby's Canada since the fall and no one will ever respond to me about what's going on. How come you can no longer order online with Arby's? The Arby's Canada app is no longer available as well. There used to be an app but it started becoming very buggy and unresponsive, when I went to reinstall it, the Play store indicated that it's no longer available in Canada. As well you cannot order online through the website. I've tried to send messages to the various social media accounts with no response. I've tried to send an email via the website but it won't send the response. I've tried their info email but the email literally bounces back and says it can't be delivered.

As well my local Arby's is not on any of the food delivery apps.

Is anyone else having issues trying to order online in Canada for Arby's? If it helps, I am in Winnipeg.

So, my current mortgage is due for renewal at the end of the year. I am not proud but since buying my house I have acquired about 23k of debt in a credit line and have an 9k balance on a credit card.

If what my current lender offers me is not good I am concerned about trying to shop around and getting denied. How much more difficult would it be to shop around with debt vs. just taking your current lenders offer?
