The Al-Dhamari

Been working on my setting and fleshing out the Dhampir, or the Al-Dhamari as they are called. Took a bit of inspiration from the banu Haqim from Vampire: The Masquerade.

Dragons of Tur'bark

Basically the Dragonborn of my homebrew setting. Trying to get myself motivated to work on my World Anvil entry and wanted make this. They do not call themselves Dragonborn in my world, but they are the only Dragons. True Dragons on the other hand... those are something else, and so much more rare.

[Horror Week 2 - Cosmic Horror]Sigillum Ultimum

Beyond this seal lies no kingdom, no prison, no grave.
There waits only the hunger before endings,
the silence after names are forgotten,
the dark into which even gods may vanish.

Break not the chains.
Unmake not the wards.
Answer no voice that calls from beyond.

For should this door be opened,
there shall be no war, no judgment, no final hour.

There shall only be less.

Less light.
Less memory.
Less soul.
Less world.

Until nothing remains to mourn what was lost.

By blood, by soul, by heaven, by all that yet exists:

KEEP THE LAST SEAL CLOSED.

The Mujokai - The Society of Impermanence

I was working out some stuff in my own homebrew setting and since I have a Monk among my players, i figured i'd flesh out the various monk subclasses into actual martial arts and philosophies. Buuut... as I was doing so, i had a thought of "What would the evil monks be". So i started thinking of some inspirations for that, one of which was the antithesis to the teachings of martial art; Discipline, Restraint, Control. Instead, they would focus on the worst aspects of becoming a weapon, and thus become ruthless and deadly assassins.

Thus, the Mujokai were created; a deadly guild/organization of killers, thugs, brutes, and deviants. They are basically the Assassins Guild. Imagine if you took the Dark Brotherhood from the Elder Scrolls and tought them Ansatsuken from Street Fighter. They want to bring out the worst aspects of those who wish to learn marital arts and make a living off of it.

The only thing is that they don't have a set martial art style. Their whole philosophy is breaking the restraints of the martial world and taking it to the extreme. So you can have Way of the Four Elements but utilizing it to the most destructive aspects of their teachings. Like yeah, you can bend the four elements... but lets see how far we can go with that. Or how Kensei use a set weapon as their focus, but the Mujokai would take up truly vicious weapons not meant for balance or grace, but specifically to tear and cause as much pain to the enemy as possible.

Lucien's Pokemon Team (And Digimon Partner)

Joining in on the fun, but going a bit extra. Was always more of a Digimon fan myself so figured i'd use that as a bonus.

The Luck Leech

Been going through my monster manuals and came upon a Luck Leech. Read its description and thought it'd be perfect for my Casino encounters.

Aurelius - The Master of Riches

Setting up for my campaign to have a casino, and with a den of sin, you know there are bound to be devils lurking. or rather, a devil Serving. Aurelius is a Gided Devil, who finds himself under the ownership of the Perilous Pelt Casino's owner, acting as a challenge to guests to try and win against the evil forces in a game you may actually succeed.

Bound to his charge, Aurelius is unable to claim the souls of those he wins against as per the owner's command. But their riches are fair game. However, should you win against him, you will find yourself walking away with quite a bit more than you came in with, or perhaps one of an assortment of pre-approved boons. Should the notion entice you.

[Mecha Challenge] - Poimandres

Though mage the ascension has a special place in my heart, i do have a soft spot for Lancer. And if there was ever a mecha that Lucien would pilot, it would most likely be the Horus chassis, Lich. Codename Poimandres, this Size 1 mech (20 feet) is rather flimsy in combat, but it is in its unusual hardware that makes it a terror on the battlefield.

[Witch Trial 11 - Hunted] The Technocratic Union

Whether you know it or not, every Mage is fighting a War. It is not a war of Land or Greed or Religious belief. It is a war for the very soul of humanity itself. And I hate to be the one to tell you this, but we the Magi, have lost.

The Technocratic Union has solidified their place as the predominant force as the leader of Consensual Reality, dictating how the Masses advance, utilizing their chosen Paradigm of Advanced Mathematics and Science. Thus, rendering any dissenting beliefs and practices difficult in the modern era. Through their stranglehold on the public perception, they have slowly been erasing arcane practices from public perception. Ancient practices such as Hermeticism, Animism, Shamanism. All forms of magic that does not fit into their world view is to be stamped out.

Leading the charge is the New World Order, a cabal of Will Workers seeking control in all things. They use the media, psychological trappings, and any other unsavory means to keep the public complaisant and ignorant.

Backing them up is Iteration X, the technological thought group that seeks to blend the line between man and machine, until all free thought is one unified hive mind under mechanical sway.

The Syndicate have mastered economical practices allowing them to fund any and all projects and ordeals the Technocracy wishes to pursue. Because of their hold over all worldly finance, they have leeway to deviate slightly from Technocratic guidelines.

The Progenitors are biological masters, creating cures and Vaccines to some of the worlds deadliest viruses. However, most of said viruses originated from their own labs, either released by accident... or as a means of a test on a grand scale.

Lastly there are the Void Engineers. They explore, colonize and venture into the unknown, solidifying reality into the Technocatic world view. They explore the deepest parts of space, the bottom of the oceans, and the vastness of the Umbral Realms.

Together, these five Conventions hold sway over the world itself, stomping out anyone or anything they view is a threat to humanity as a whole, branding them "Reality Deviants". Though in modern days their grip is slipping, and with that comes hope that there will come a change. But for the time being, do not underestimate them. Use your wits, your training. They are rigid in their practices and though they adhere slavishly to the Consensus, you can use that to your advantage. They have Advanced Hypertech, weapons, and who knows what else. But you have imagination, you have wit and guile; use it to escape. Use it to your advantage but be wary. Sometimes they may seek to bring you into the fold rather than outright slay you. More than a few of their number used to be former Magi, and chances are many more may yet soon join their cause for One Culture, One People, One World under the Technocratic Union.

Fusion - Lucevira

Was reading through some of my mage books and the origins of the Ali'batin. Specifically about an event known as the Night of Fana, wherein two mages of two different backgrounds came together and did the literal fusion dance, creating the entity known as Kwhaja al-Akbar. Then i thought "Huh, neat. Mages can fuse". Then i thought, wonder how that would work with Lucien. Hence, bringing me to create this sequence of events. Naturally, the first one to test this out with would be our Lovely Arch-Witch, Elvira.

The Coat

Though it is stylish, the reason Lucien wears his coat everywhere is because its a potent magical artifact. In the days of old, Wizards would inscribe protective spells and wards on their robes as it provided the freedom of cloth but the protection of steel.

The coat however, is quite powerful and goes a few steps above. Bullet Proof, environmentally controlled (meaning it heats up in cold weather and cools down in hot), and the pockets are deep, allowing for the storage of an assortment of items and trinkets... that sometimes get lost inside.

[Witch Trial 10 - Abjuration] Bullet Proof

Wards and defensive magick are a must in the modern nights. Fireballs and lightning bolts aren't as common as hollow point rounds.
