Is it possible to reach "highest" CQS after a temporary ban?

Approximately 10 months ago I received a 3 day ban for making a pretty dumb comment. I noticed that after the ban my CQS (I use r/whatismycqs to check this) was immediately dropped down to the lowest tier. I've managed to get my score back up to "high" and have maintained it for several months since then. Do Reddit's systems allow for accounts that have had actions taken against them to reach the highest CQS level or is there some kind of cap placed on them? I'm not experiencing any sort of issues, and I'm just asking this purely out of curiosity. Thanks.

Can you do that thing?

This is tagged on Tina's Instagram, and I think it's pretty funny.

The Comeback King

The fact that a circle pit formed during a Corey Feldman performance is the only redeeming factor here.
